Description

L'invention concerne un distributeur de papier ou autres produits souples en forme de feuilles tels que des produits en non tissé ou formés par voie sèche comportant une cassette amovible.
L'invention concerne plus particulièrement un distributeur de papier comportant un boítier dans lequel le papier est stocké, sous la forme de feuilles pliées, en vue de sa distribution au travers d'un orifice de distribution.
Il existe de nombreux types de produits qui sont présentés sous la forme de feuilles individuelles pliées et empilées pour être distribuées. Il en est ainsi notamment des serviettes essuie-mains.
Toutefois, un même type de produit peut se présenter sous différentes tailles ou peut être réalisé avec des papiers de genres différents, et notamment d'épaisseurs différentes, en fonction de l'endroit où le distributeur doit être disposé et aussi en fonction des habitudes des utilisateurs auxquels il est destiné.
Pour qu'un distributeur de papier fonctionne correctement, il est nécessaire que les feuilles de papier soient correctement stockées et guidées à l'intérieur de celui-ci.
Il est par ailleurs nécessaire que l'orifice au travers duquel le papier est distribué, généralement en forme de fente agencée au fond du boítier, soit aussi adapté au format des feuilles de papier, à la manière dont elles sont pliées et à la nature du papier lui-même.
Ainsi, jusqu'à présent, il était nécessaire soit de concevoir un type de boítier spécialement étudié pour chaque type de produit à distribuer, soit de se contenter d'un boítier "universel" qui dans bien des cas ne donne pas entièrement satisfaction, occasionnant souvent des bourrages empêchant la distribution du papier, ou permettant au contraire à plusieurs feuilles d'être distribuées simultanément.
C'est dans le but d'apporter une solution simple, fiable et économique à ces problèmes que l'invention propose un distributeur du type décrit précédemment, caractérisé en ce que le papier est contenu dans une cassette qui est rapportée dans le boítier, en ce que la cassette comporte une paroi de fond, agencée en regard d'une ouverture du boítier, et dans laquelle est agencé l'orifice de distribution qui est de forme adaptée aux feuilles de papier à distribuer, et en ce que la cassette comporte des parois de guidage de la pile de feuille pliée.
Selon d'autres caractéristiques de l'invention :
  • la cassette est ouverte vers le haut pour permettre l'alimentation en papier ;
  • la cassette est maintenue à l'intérieur du boítier par emboítement élastique ;
  • le boítier comporte un capot qui est amovible pour permettre l'introduction de la cassette à l'intérieur du boítier ;
  • la cassette est réalisée au moins en partie en matière plastique moulée ;
  • la cassette est réalisée venue de matière en une seule pièce en matière plastique moulée ;
  • la cassette est intégrée à un emballage d'une pile de feuilles de papier ;
  • la cassette est réalisée au moins en partie en carton.
D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention apparaítront à la lecture de la description détaillée qui suit pour la compréhension de laquelle on se reportera aux dessins annexés dans lesquels :
  • les figures 1 et 2 sont des vues extérieures, respectivement de côté et de face, d'un distributeur mural de feuilles de papier conforme aux enseignements de l'invention ;
  • la figure 3 est une vue en perspective, à plus grande échelle, d'une cassette selon l'invention ;
  • la figure 4 est une vue partielle en coupe par un plan vertical frontal illustrant l'agencement de la cassette dans le boítier ;
  • les figures 5 à 8 sont des vues en section partielle par un plan vertical latéral illustrant différentes étapes de la mise en position de la cassette dans le boítier ; et
  • la figure 9 est une vue d'un détail agrandi de la figure 8 représentant les moyens de fixation de la cassette dans le boítier.
On a représenté sur les figures un distributeur de papier 10 comportant essentiellement un boítier 12 destiné à être fixé par une face arrière verticale plane 14 contre un pan de mur vertical.
Le boítier 12 comporte un capot 16 qui le recouvre presque entièrement et qui permet, lorsqu'il est enlevé, de donner accès à l'intérieur du boítier 12. Le capot 18 comporte une fenêtre 17 qui permet de vérifier en permanence le remplissage du distributeur 10.
Il est alors possible d'alimenter le distributeur 10 avec une pile de feuilles de papier individuelles F, pliées et empilées pour être distribuées au travers d'une ouverture 18 formée dans une paroi inférieure de fond 20 du boítier 12.
De manière connue, selon un mode particulier, les feuilles de papier F sont pliées et empilées de manière que, lorsque l'utilisateur s'empare d'une feuille, la feuille suivante apparaít au niveau de l'ouverture 18, légèrement dépliée à l'extérieur du boítier 12, pour être facilement préhensible par l'utilisateur.
En dehors de la nécessité de réaliser un pliage rigoureux, il est nécessaire, si l'on veut que la distribution se fasse dans de bonnes conditions, de bien maítriser la position de la pile de papier dans le distributeur et notamment de veiller à ce que celle-ci reste bien verticale de manière à exercer une pression uniforme sur l'ensemble des feuilles, les feuilles inférieures étant celles qui sont destinées à être distribuées en premier.
Par ailleurs, les dimensions et la forme de l'orifice au travers duquel les feuilles de papier sont effectivement distribuées sont très importantes pour un bon déroulement de la distribution.
Aussi, l'invention propose un distributeur 10 dans lequel le boítier 12 est destiné à accueillir une cassette 22, rapportée à l'intérieur du boítier 12, et spécialement adaptée aux feuilles de papier F à distribuer.
On a représenté sur les figures un tel type de cassette 22 qui comporte notamment deux parois latérales 24 et une paroi verticale arrière 25 qui délimitent un logement exactement adapté à la taille des feuilles de papier F qui restent ainsi bien empilées.
A cet effet, les deux parois latérales 24 sont écartées l'une de l'autre d'une distance conforme à la dimension des feuilles de papier F selon cette direction.
La cassette 22 est reçue dans une portion inférieure du boítier 12, en appui contre la paroi inférieure de fond 20 du boítier 12. La cassette 22 comporte elle aussi une paroi inférieure de fond 26 sur laquelle s'appuient les feuilles de papier F et qui comporte une fente de distribution 28, destinée à être agencée en regard de l'ouverture 18 de la paroi de fond 20 du boítier 12. La fente de distribution 28, sensiblement rectangulaire, est de taille adaptée au format des feuilles et elle comporte par ailleurs des bords arrondis qui permettent d'éviter que le papier ne soit déchiré au moment de la distribution.
Comme on peut le voir plus particulièrement sur la figure 4, les parois latérales verticales 24 de la cassette 22 comportent une portion supérieure 30 évasée formant entonnoir de manière à faciliter le rechargement de la cassette avec une nouvelle pile de feuilles de papier F.
Par ailleurs, pour faciliter encore l'opération de rechargement, la cassette 22 est pratiquement dépourvue de face avant. Cette absence ne pénalise pas le guidage du fait que la paroi inférieure de fond 26 de la cassette 22, sur laquelle reposent les feuilles de papier, est légèrement inclinée vers l'arrière de sorte que la pile de papier à distribuer tend à être plaquée contre la face interne de la paroi arrière 25 de la cassette 22. Cette disposition facilite en outre la mise en place de la pile.
Avantageusement, la cassette 22 selon l'invention est insérée et maintenue à l'intérieur du boítier par un simple emboítement élastique.
A cet effet, la paroi inférieure 26 de la cassette 22 comporte, sur sa face externe 32, un bossage 34, dont la forme est complémentaire de celle de l'ouverture 18 de la paroi inférieure 20 du boítier 12 dans laquelle le bossage 34 est reçu pour centrer la cassette 22. Bien entendu, la fente de distribution 28 de la cassette 22 est formé dans le bossage 34 de manière à déboucher à l'extérieur du distributeur 10.
Par ailleurs, la paroi arrière 26 de la cassette 22 comporte, sur son bord inférieur 36, un bec 38 qui s'étend sensiblement verticalement vers le bas, en dessous de la paroi inférieure de fond 26, et qui est destiné à être reçu dans une lumière 40 du boítier 12.
Au contraire, le bord supérieur 42 de la paroi arrière 25 comporte un ergot 44 qui est destiné à coopérer avec un bord complémentaire 46 de la paroi arrière 14 du boítier 12 pour maintenir la cassette 22 par emboítement élastique lorsqu'elle est en place dans le distributeur 12, sa paroi inférieure de fond 26 étant en appui contre celle 20 du boítier 12.
Ainsi qu'il ressort des figures 5 à 8, la mise en place de la cassette 22 dans le distributeur 12 s'effectue facilement en introduisant la cassette 22 verticalement du haut vers le bas à l'intérieur du boítier 12 dont on a préalablement retiré le capot 16.
La cassette 22 comporte, à l'avant de sa paroi inférieure de fond 26, un bord 48 que l'on vient mettre en appui contre la face interne de la paroi de fond 20 du boítier 12 et autour duquel il suffit alors de faire basculer la cassette 12 vers l'arrière. Le bossage 34 et le bec arrière 38 viennent alors naturellement en regard de l'ouverture 18 et de la lumière 40 du boítier 12 et, en poursuivant le mouvement de basculement, l'ergot 44 du bord supérieur 42 de la paroi arrière 25 de la cassette 22 vient se bloquer automatiquement sous le bord inférieur 46 de la face arrière 14 du boítier 12.
La cassette 22 qui est représentée sur les figures est destinée à distribuer des feuilles de papier de relativement grand format, sensiblement le format maximum qui puisse être accepté par le boítier 12.
Bien entendu, dans le cas où l'on souhaite distribuer, à l'aide de ce même distributeur 10, des feuilles de papier de plus petit format, il est nécessaire de mettre en place à l'intérieur du boítier 12 une cassette (non représentée) dont les parois latérales 24, 25 sont plus rapprochées l'une de l'autre. De même, la forme de la fente de distribution 28 peut être différente.
Dans tous les cas, la forme extérieure de la cassette 22 est exactement adaptée à celle du boítier 12 de telle sorte que, une fois en place à l'intérieur du boítier 12, elle y est maintenue de manière rigide et fiable sans qu'il soit nécessaire de faire appel à des dispositifs de maintien complémentaires.
La cassette 22 qui est représentée sur les figures est réalisée en matière plastique moulée et elle est destinée à être rechargée. En effet, une fois le distributeur installé dans un lieu particulier, on peut souhaiter ne vouloir distribuer qu'un seul type de feuilles de papier si bien que la cassette 22 peut être installée de façon permanente dans le boítier 12. Dans ce cas, on peut par exemple prévoir que la cassette 22 soit inamovible sans démonter le distributeur 10 du mur sur lequel il est fixé.
Selon ce mode de réalisation, la cassette 22 est réalisée en une seule pièce si bien que le distributeur 10 selon l'invention comporte un nombre de pièces très réduit et peut de la sorte être produit de manière simple et à faible coût.
Toutefois, on peut également vouloir réaliser la cassette 22 sous une forme "jetable" faisant partie intégrante de l'emballage des produits à distribuer.
On peut alors concevoir une cassette 22 de moindre coût, dont par exemple seuls les moyens de fixation formés par le bossage 34 et la paroi arrière 25 sont en matière plastique, le reste étant réalisé en un matériau moins coûteux, tel que le carton.
La cassette 22 peut ne former alors qu'une partie inférieure de l'emballage d'une pile de feuilles F, l'emballage pouvant alors se présenter sous la forme d'une boíte en carton ou sous la forme d'un film plastique fixé sur la cassette et entourant la pile de feuilles F.
Un tel dispositif est particulièrement avantageux en ce qu'il garantit que le positionnement de la pile de papiers, ainsi réalisé en usine par le fabricant, est fait de manière optimale par rapport à la fente de distribution et par rapport aux parois de guidage de la pile.
De plus, l'opération de rechargement se trouve alors particulièrement facilitée.

Claims (8)

  1. Distributeur de papier comportant un boítier (12) dans lequel le papier est stocké, sous la forme d'un pile de feuilles pliées (F), en vue de sa distribution au travers d'un orifice de distribution, caractérisé en ce que le papier est contenu dans une cassette interchangeable amovible (22) et compatible avec les dimensions de papier, rapportée dans le boítier (12), en ce que la cassette (22) comporte une paroi de fond (26), agencée en regard d'une ouverture (18) du boítier (12), et dans laquelle est agencé l'orifice (28) de distribution qui est de forme adaptée aux feuilles de papier à distribuer, et en ce que la cassette (22) comporte des parois (24, 25) de guidage de la pile de feuille pliées.
  2. Distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la cassette (22) est ouverte vers le haut pour permettre l'alimentation en papier.
  3. Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la cassette (22) est maintenue à l'intérieur du boítier (12) par emboítement élastique.
  4. Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le boítier (12) comporte un capot (16) qui est amovible pour permettre l'introduction de la cassette (22) à l'intérieur du boítier (12).
  5. Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la cassette (22) est réalisée au moins en partie en matière plastique moulée.
  6. Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la cassette est réalisée venue de matière en une seule pièce en matière plastique moulée.
  7. Distributeur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la cassette (22) est intégrée à un emballage d'une pile de feuilles de papier (F).
  8. Distributeur selon la revendication 7 prise en combinaison avec l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la cassette (22) est réalisée au moins en partie en carton.
