Description

  • L'invention se rapporte à un distributeur pour articles en papier absorbant, notamment les serviettes de table, tels que l'on en trouve dans les collectivités, restaurants ou autres établissements similaires.
  • On dispose sur les comptoirs des établissements de restauration rapide, généralement avant la caisse où le consommateur fait enregistrer les plats qu'il a pris et en paye le prix, un ou plusieurs distributeurs de serviettes de table. Les serviettes sont à usage unique et le plus souvent en papier. Il s'agit d'une feuille de papier léger et absorbant, telle qu'une feuille d'ouate de cellulose. Elle peut avoir été simplement pliée en deux ou en quatre, mais elle peut se présenter sous de nombreux autres formats.
  • Les distributeurs sont souvent de simples boîtes parallélépipédiques avec une face avant tournée vers le consommateur et pourvue d'une ouverture de distribution en forme de fente. Le consommateur extrait l'article qui se présente à lui à travers l'ouverture. Dans le distributeur, les serviettes forment un paquet ou une pile qui est en appui contre la face avant, éventuellement au moyen d'un poussoir à ressort à l'opposé de la pile lorsque le distributeur est horizontal. S'il est placé verticalement ou en position inclinée, le poids de la pile de feuilles suffit à maintenir celle-ci contre la paroi de distribution. Un poussoir à ressort n'est alors pas utile.
  • Les serviettes dans la pile peuvent être simplement juxtaposées. Elles peuvent aussi être enchevêtrées. Dans ce cas, elles présentent au moins une ligne de pliage perpendiculaire à l'axe de la pile avec au moins un volet avant et un volet arrière. Quand on considère deux serviettes qui se suivent dans la pile, le volet arrière de la première est placé derrière le volet avant de la suivante. Cette disposition est avantageuse car en tirant sur la première serviette à travers la fente de distribution, on entraîne le volet avant de la serviette suivante. Celle-ci est alors en position pour être aisément attrapée.
  • L'ouverture de distribution est généralement une fente, placée horizontalement dans le milieu de la face avant. Elle est suffisamment longue pour permettre le passage des serviettes. Cette fente n'est pas trop étroite car elle doit permettre au consommateur d'aller chercher la première feuille à l'intérieur de la boîte lorsque celle-ci n'est pas engagée dans l'ouverture. Cela est difficile lorsque la pression exercée sur la pile contre la face avant est forte, soit parce qu'elle est comprimée soit parce que le ressort du poussoir est puissant. A l'opposé, elle ne doit pas être trop large si on ne veut pas que les feuilles se répandent à l'extérieur de la boîte par l'ouverture. En outre, saisir une seule feuille n'est pas toujours aisé, on a tendance à en prendre plusieurs à la fois.
  • On connaît :
    • FR 0 336 986 qui représent l'état de la technique antérieur le plus proche, décrit un distributeur de feuilles de papier à travers une fente borde de deux éléments de guindage sans cependant d'élément de paroi formant surface d'appui.
    • US 2,682,441 qui décrit un distributeur de feuilles de papier à travers une longue fente de distribution. Un rebord permet d'écarter la feuille de la face avant.
  • L'invention a pour objectif de fournir un distributeur dont l'ouverture de distribution a une forme améliorée par rapport à celles de l'art antérieur, en ce sens qu'elle permet de saisir plus facilement la première feuille.
  • L'invention a également comme objectif de fournir un distributeur qui peut être utilisé aussi bien avec des feuilles enchevêtrées qu'avec des feuilles qui ne le sont pas.
  • Le distributeur de l'invention pour des articles en papier, notamment des serviettes de table, comportant un réceptacle fermé à une extrémité par un panneau formant la face avant et pourvu d'une ouverture de distribution des articles avec un bord présentant les caractéristiques selon la revendication 1. Quand le distributeur est en position horizontale, il présente l'avantage de servir de support à la portion de feuille libre du premier article de la pile et de rendre plus facile sa préhension par le consommateur car elle est alors tournée dans sa direction. Les conditions d'hygiène lors de l'utilisation sont de ce fait améliorées, l'utilisateur ne touchant qu'une feuille à la fois sans venir au contact du distributeur. Quand le distributeur est en position verticale, on évite que la feuille vienne au contact du mur.
  • Conformément à une autre caractéristique, l'ouverture est en forme de fente et l'élément de paroi s'étend sur au moins une partie du bord inférieur. En particulier, sa largeur est suffisante pour que l'élément de paroi serve d'appui à la partie libre du premier article de la pile et permette sa préhension par le consommateur.
  • D'autres caractéristiques et avantages ressortiront à la lecture de la description qui suit d'un mode de réalisation non limitatif de l'invention, accompagnée de dessins sur lesquels :
    • La figure 1 est une vue en perspective du distributeur, de trois-quarts avant, la trappe de chargement étant ouverte
    • La figure 2 est une vue de face du distributeur
    • La figure 3 est une vue de côté et en transparence de la partie avant.
  • Comme on peut le voir sur la figure 1, le distributeur (1) est composé d'un réceptacle avec une base (2), deux parois latérales (4) et (5), une paroi de fond (6) et une paroi (7) formant façade dans laquelle, l'ouverture (71) de distribution est ménagée. Il peut être réalisé en tôle, en plastique ou en une combinaison des deux matériaux. Dans l'exemple représenté, le réceptacle comporte un couvercle avec une trappe (3) pouvant dégager une ouverture sur la partie supérieure qui permet de recharger le distributeur. Les feuilles forment un paquet ou une pile, et sont placées parallèlement à la face avant. Une cale, formant poussoir (8), est mobile à l'intérieur du réceptacle, et permet de serrer la pile des articles en papier contre la face interne du panneau. A cette fin, on peut prévoir des moyens de blocage de la cale le long du réceptacle ou bien un ressort qui se détend entre l'arrière de la cale (8) et le fond (6).
  • Le panneau (7) comprend une ouverture de distribution (71), par laquelle on extrait la feuille qui se présente, dite première feuille. L'ouverture a la forme d'une fente allongée parallèlement au plan de la base (2). A l'une de ses extrémités, la fente s'élargit. Cette partie (72) a ici une forme circulaire qui permet de passer un doigt à l'intérieur pour aller attraper un bord du premier article de la pile à l'intérieur quand cela est nécessaire.
  • Conformément à l'invention, le bord inférieur (73) de l'ouverture de distribution (7) se prolonge par un élément de paroi (74) qui fait saillie vers l'extérieur du distributeur. Cet élément est de préférence perpendiculaire au plan dans lequel se présentent les serviettes. Les figures représentent ce mode de réalisation préféré. Ce plan correspond à celui du panneau. Pour définir le plan du panneau, on ne tient pas compte du bombé éventuel de la face avant. Cet élément (74) s'étend sur une partie substantielle de l'ouverture (71). Il n'est pas nécessaire qu'il soit aussi long que celle-ci. Sa largeur « 1 », mesurée à partir de l'aplomb du bord supérieur (76) jusqu'à son bord le plus éloigné du panneau (7) doit être suffisante pour que la partie d'extrémité d'une feuille ou d'un volet de la serviette qui se trouve à l'intérieur, et qui repose sur l'élément, soit en saillie par rapport au plan du panneau (7) comme on peut le voir sur la figure 3. Dans la pratique, compte tenu de la souplesse intrinsèque du papier absorbant, la largeur « 1 » n'est pas inférieure à 1 cm. En effet si elle est trop étroite, on risque de déchirer la feuille. En particulier, cette largeur « 1 » est de 3 cm au moins. La portion de l'élément (74) dont la largeur est maximale « 1 », est de préférence vers la partie centrale de l'ouverture, si ce n'est au milieu.
  • La fente en dehors de sa partie (72) est mince. Sa hauteur, c'est-à-dire la distance séparant les bords supérieur (76) et inférieur (73), est inférieure à la largeur « 1 », notamment. Par ailleurs, le bord supérieur comprend un élément de paroi parallèle à l'élément (74) formant un passage par lequel la feuille est guidée vers l'utilisateur.
  • Comme on le voit dans l'exemple représenté sur la figure 3, les serviettes sont enchevêtrées. Elles comprennent chacune un volet avant et un volet arrière. Le volet avant de la première serviette est engagé dans la fente (71) et repose sur l'élément de paroi (74), son extrémité débordant légèrement. Le consommateur peut ainsi aisément attraper le volet. Lorsqu'il tire sur celui-ci, le volet arrière de la première serviette entraîne par friction le volet avant de la serviette qui suit à travers la fente. Ce dernier est alors en position pour être saisi.
  • En conservant l'extrémité libre de la première serviette en appui sur la surface (74), on évite tout contact non souhaité par exemple avec le support du distributeur, et on préserve ainsi au mieux l'hygiène du produit.
  • Le distributeur qui vient d'être décrit n'est qu'un mode de réalisation. De nombreuses variantes sont accessibles à l'homme du métier sans pour autant se départir de l'invention.
  • Par exemple, il a été décrit en position horizontale, mais l'invention s'applique aux distributeurs qui sont placés inclinés ou verticaux.
  • La forme de l'ouverture peut varier. Elle peut comprendre notamment une partie élargie de forme différente ou disposée différemment, au centre par exemple. Elle peut aussi ne pas en comprendre.
  • La description a porté sur un distributeur de serviettes en papier. L'invention s'applique bien sûr à des distributeurs pour tous types d'articles en papier, tels les essuie-mains, les chiffons d'essuyage ou essuie-tout ménagers.
  • Enfin, bien que la solution de l'invention soit particulièrement adaptée à des articles en papier enchevêtrés, elle convient également pour des paquets d'articles simplement juxtaposés.

Claims (3)

  1. Distributeur d'articles en papier, notamment serviettes de table enchevêtrées, comportant un réceptacle fermé par un panneau (7) formant la face avant et pourvu d'une ouverture (71) de distribution des articles en forme de fente avec un bord (73), une partie au moins du bord de la dite ouverture se prolonge par un élément de paroi (74) faisant saillie, sensiblement perpendiculairement au plan du dit panneau (7) caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de paroi (74) comportant une partie, mesurée a partir de l'aplomp d'un bord supérieur de l'ouverture 71, jusqu'a son bord le plus éloigné du panneau (7), de largeur l pas inférieur à 1 centimètre, la hauteur de l'ouverture (71) en forme de fente étant inférieure à la largeur l, et l'ouverture (71) en forme de fente comportant une portion élargie (72) donnant un accès manuel à un bord du premier article qui se trouve à l'intérieur du distributeur.
  2. Distributeur selon la revendication 1, dont l'ouverture (71) en forme de fente présente un bord inférieur (73) et l'élément de paroi (74) s'étend le long d'une partie au moins du bord inférieur (73).
  3. Distributeur selon la revendication précédente, dont la largeur l est supérieure à 3 centimètres.
