Abstract
Eine Vorrichtung (1) und ein Verfahren zur Beeinflussung der Reibungsverhältnisse zwischen, jeweils der oberen und der unteren Walze (6, 7) in Walzgerüste (26) von Warmbreitband- oder Kaltbandstraßen. Die Vorrichtung besteht aus einer Sprüheinrichtung (2), die an der Einlaufseite (27) des jeweiligen Walzgerüstes (28) angeordnet ist. Diese sprüht eine definierte Menge Flüssigkeit in Richtung des Walzspaltes. Eine Regeleinrichtung (3) ist zur Bestimmung der Menge und der Abgabe dieser Flüssigkeit vorgesehen. Wobei als Regelgröße eine vorher ermittelte oder eine errechnete Größe in Verbindung mit dem Meßwert des tatsächlichen Drehmoments der unteren und der oberen Walze verwendet wird.
