Claims (7)

  1. Guidage de faisceaux de fibrilles à travers d'une partie d'une machine à filer-étirer-texturer ou d'une machine à étirer-texturer, comprenant:
    - une paire de rouleaux d'étirage (1a, 1b) et une unité de texturation (4) prévue en aval, vu dans la direction de transport des faisceaux de fibrilles (7), unité dans laquelle des faisceaux de fibrilles individuels sont transportés dans une partie de transport (9) d'une buse de texturation (8) appartenant à l'unité de texturation (4), et sont texturés, par formation de bouchons, dans une partie de texturation (10) appartenant à la buse de texturation (8),
    - une unité de refroidissement (5) prévue après l'unité de texturation (4), vu dans la direction de transport, unité de refroidissement qui réceptionne et refroidit continuellement les bouchons individuels, et les transmet vers un moyen faisant suite pour un traitement ultérieur,
    caractérisé par le fait que
    les faisceaux de fibrilles sont guidés sans déviation, jusqu'à et dans la partie de transport (9), depuis un rouleau (1a) de la paire de rouleaux d'étirage, depuis lequel les faisceaux de fibrilles sont délivrés dans l'unité de texturation (4).
  2. Guidage de faisceaux de fibrilles à travers d'une partie d'une machine à filer-étirer-texturer ou d'une machine à étirer-texturer selon revendication 1,
    caractérisé par le fait que l'unité de texturation (4) comprend plusieurs buses de texturation (8), et les parties de transport (9) des buses de texturation (8) sont disposées en forme d'éventail.
  3. Guidage de faisceaux de fibrilles à travers d'une partie d'une machine à filer-étirer-texturer ou d'une machine à étirer-texturer selon revendication 2,
    caractérisé par le fait que l'axe longitudinal (16) de chaque buse individuelle de texturation (8) s'étend d'une manière coaxiale avec une ligne de liaison (17) qui s'étend depuis un lieu de livraison (15) situé sur le rouleau (1a) jusqu'à la sortie de la buse de texturation (8).
  4. Guidage de faisceaux de fibrilles à travers d'une partie d'une machine à filer-étirer-texturer ou d'une machine à étirer-texturer selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que l'unité de refroidissement comprend un tambour de refroidissement (5) possédant un trajet respectif de refroidissement (11) prévu pour chacun des faisceaux de fibrilles.
  5. Une machine à filer-étirer-texturer ou une machine à étirer-texturer pour la texturation de faisceaux de fibrilles, comprenant:
    - une paire de rouleaux d'étirage (1a, 1b) et une unité de texturation (4) prévue en aval, vu dans la direction de transport des faisceaux de fibrilles (7), unité dans laquelle des faisceaux de fibrilles individuels sont transportés dans une partie de transport (9) d'une buse de texturation (8) appartenant à l'unité de texturation (4), et sont texturés, par formation de bouchons, dans une partie de texturation (10) appartenant à la buse de texturation (8),
    - une unité de refroidissement (5) prévue après l'unité de texturation (4), vu dans la direction de transport, afin de réceptionner et de refroidir continuellement les bouchons individuels, et de les transmettre dans un moyen faisant suite, pour un traitement ultérieur,
    caractérisée par le fait que
    les faisceaux de fibrilles peuvent être guidés sans déviation, jusqu'à et dans la partie de transport (9), depuis un rouleau (1 a) de la paire de rouleaux d'étirage, depuis lequel les faisceaux de fibrilles sont délivrés dans l'unité de texturation (4).
  6. Une machine à filer-étirer-texturer ou une machine à étirer-texturer selon revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait que l'unité de texturation (4) comprend plusieurs buses de texturation (8), et que les parties de transport (9) des buses de texturation (8) sont disposées en forme d'éventail.
  7. Une machine à filer-étirer-texturer ou une machine à étirer-texturer selon revendication 6, caractérisée par le fait que l'axe longitudinal (16) de chaque buse individuelle de texturation (8) s'étend d'une manière coaxiale avec une ligne de liaison (17) qui s'étend depuis un lieu de livraison (15) situé sur le rouleau (1a) jusqu'à la sortie de la buse de texturation (8).
