Description

The invention relates to the guiding of fibril bundles through a part of a spin draw texturing or draw texturing machine and to the part of the spin draw texturing and draw texturing machine, according to the preamble of the independent patent claims.

With one in itself from the European patent application EP 0 784 109 A1 known texturing in which a plurality of individual fibril bundles stretched simultaneously on a pair of stretch rollers and then textured in a texturing unit with a plurality of juxtaposed texturing, it results on the one hand, that the individual fibril are performed on the pair of draw rolls with a smaller distance from fibril bundle to fibril bundle than the distance necessary from texturing nozzle to texturing nozzle.

On the other hand, since the height of the machine should be as low as possible to allow retraction of the suctioned at high speed with a so-called suction gun filament bundles as quickly as possible from the beginning to the end of the machine, the distances between the individual process units should be as small as possible.

These conditions are disadvantageous especially for the guidance of the fibril bundles between the donating stretch roll and the texturing unit, since on the one hand the distance, As mentioned, should be as small as possible on the stretch rollers of fibril to fibril bundle while the distance from texturing to texturing for different reasons and therefore the fibril bundles strongly stretched from the stretch roll to Texturi unit and thus must be redirected at the inlet of each texturing.

A distinction is made on the stretch roller the smaller distance from fibril bundle to fibril bundle within a group and the slightly larger distance from group to group.

In order to keep the group distance between the second last group and last, outermost group despite the aforementioned fan, guides must be provided between the individual stretch rollers of a pair of stretch rollers, which leads the last Fibrillenbündelgruppe on the stretch rollers so far from the second last group that despite the discharge width of last fibril bundle from the roll to the texturing unit is the group spacing to an acceptable degree to avoid either requiring too long rolls or the risk that the fanned fan fibrils of the last group would be adjacent fibril bunches of the preceding group still on the rolls cover.

The above-mentioned guides, whether deflections between the rollers or deflections in front of the entrance of each individual texturing nozzle, have the disadvantage that they involuntarily cause an uncontrolled degree of damage, eg deformation of the fibril cross-section. produce on the individual fibril bundle, in so far as uncontrolled, as the deflection, especially before the entrance of each texturing, different from texturing to texturing, so that texturing differences are ultimately present in the individual fibril, which may be visible in the finished product, for example in the carpet become.

It was therefore an object of the invention to remedy these disadvantages.

The object is achieved by the measures in the characterizing part of the independent claims.

Weitere abhängige Ansprüche definieren vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen.Further dependent claims define advantageous embodiments.

The invention is for example by means of FIGS. 1 to 3 explained.

The Fig. 1 shows a pair of stretching rollers 1, also called duo, with the individual stretch rollers 1A and 1B, on which individual fibril bundles 6 are mounted in groups 6.1, which, in combination with at least one other, preceding pair of stretching rollers are stretched in a conventional manner.

The groups are as in Fig. 2 shown separated by a distance A.

The fibril bundles 6 of the last group ( Fig. 2 ) are deflected by a provided between the stretch rollers 1A and 1B lower guide deflection 2 and a slightly farther forward, sitting against the free end of the rollers 1A and 1B, also located between the stretch rollers 1A and 1B located upper guide deflection 3 and guided it in such a way that the last fibril bundle group on the roll 1A has a greater distance B to the preceding group on the draw rolls than the distance A. For this purpose, the deflections 2 and 3 have a groove for each fibril bundle. This prevents fibril bundles of the last group from touching or even covering due to the spread, due to the substantially greater distance from texturing nozzle center to texturing nozzle center than from fibril bundle to fibril bundle within the group at a delivery point 15. The can Deflectors 2 and 3 may be either stationary or rollers driven by the fibril bundles.

Furthermore, the delivery point is an imaginary parallel straight line to the roller axis, along which the fibril bundles run side by side.

The fibril bundles 6 arriving in the texturing unit 4 are deposited at the entrance of the texturing unit 4, as in FIG Fig. 2 shown deflected due to the spread of the fibril bundles between the delivery point 15 and the entrance to the texturing unit 4 at the entrance.

The deflections of the fibril bundles 6 at the lower deflection 2 and the upper deflection 3 and the deflection at the entrance to the texturing unit 4 cause, as mentioned at the beginning, due to the friction on the fibril bundles a different from fibril bundle to fibril bundle and also undesirable damage, which is a Unevenness in the finished yarn result.

To remedy this disadvantage, as in Fig. 4 the individual texturing nozzles 8 are arranged fan-shaped in such a way that the longitudinal axes 16 of each individual texturing nozzle 8 shown in phantom line extend coaxially with a connecting line 17 shown by dotted lines, which extends from the discharge point 15 to the outlet of each individual texturing nozzle 8, run. there The connecting lines 17 simultaneously correspond to the course of the individual fibril bundles 6 from the discharge point 15 into each individual texturing nozzle 8.

By this fan-shaped arrangement of the texturing nozzles 8, as in 3 and 4 shown, to dispense with all previously mentioned deflection guides.

The texturing nozzles 8 each deliver a textured fibril bundle to a cooling drum 5, and indeed each into a single, per fibril bundle, provided on the cooling drum 5 cooling path.

The cooling drum 5 is a, for example from the EP 0 310 890 B1 known element and not further described here.

In Fig. 4 is only one half 4.1 of the texturing unit 4 of Fig. 3 shown. The other half is 4.2, as in Fig. 3 shown, removed in direction III or opened. This is merely to better illustrate the course of the fibril bundles 6 and of the individual texturing nozzles 8.

Foldable Texturi units 4 are already in the European Patent EP-0 026 360 B1 as in EP-0 039 763 B1 shown and described.

As in Fig. 4 further illustrated, the individual texturing 8 are fed via a Fördermediumverteilkanal 13 with a pumped medium, so that due to a per se known venturi effect the fibril bundles 6 are sucked by the conveying medium into the individual texturing 8 and conveyed by the conveying part 9 in the texturing 10, in which the fibril bundles textured to a graft or textured fibril bundles and from there each into a single cooling path 11 of the cooling drum 8 promoted.

The conveying medium is introduced through a conveying medium supply channel 14 and via internal, not shown here channels in the Fördermediumverteilkanäle 13.

The invention is not limited to the illustrated arrangement of the fibril bundle course on the roll 1A in FIG Fig. 4 limited. Basically, according to the invention, it is a fibril bundle guide which essentially does not cause any stronger deflections than, for example, those which occur in Fig. 4 at the uppermost circumference of the roller 1A to the delivery point 15, which on the one hand by the friction between fibril and the surface of the roll 1A and on the other hand by the thread tension in the individual fibril bundle 6, generated by the suction force of the individual texturing, and in the other of the surface texture of the Role 1A depends.

Within the scope of these variations, the fan-like arrangement of the individual texturing nozzles 8 can be varied.
