Claims (22)
- Datenträger, wie Wertpapier, Ausweiskarte, Banknote oder dergleichen, mit wenigstens einem auf den Datenträger aufgebrachten Sicherheitselement (24, 25, 26), das eine Seriennummer aufweist, die den Datenträger aus einer Reihe von Datenträgern individualisiert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherheitselement aus wenigstens einem ersten (16, 28, 32, 36, 42) und einem zweiten (17, 30, 34, 38, 40) Teil besteht und der erste Teil die Seriennummer lediglich teilweise repräsentiert und der zweite Teil die Seriennummer teilweise oder vollständig repräsentiert.
- Datenträger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil die Seriennummer vollständig repräsentiert und der erste Teil des Sicherheitselementes durch den zweiten Teil des Sicherheitselementes zu einer vollständigen Serienummer ergänzt wird.
- Datenträger nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil des Sicherheitselementes durch eine Ziffer des zweiten Teils zu einer vollständigen Serienummer ergänzt wird.
- Datenträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und der zweite Teil des Sicherheitselementes senkrecht zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Datenträger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil die Seriennummer nur teilweise repräsentiert und der erste Teil des Sicherheitselementes einen Teil der Ziffern der Seriennummer aufweist und der zweite Teil des Sicherheitselementes einen Teil der Ziffern der Seriennummer aufweist und die beiden Teile auf dem Datenträger so angeordnet sind, dass eine vollständige Seriennummer gebildet wird.
- Datenträger nach Anspruchs, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil des Sicherheitselementes einen vom ersten Teil des Sicherheitselements verschiedenen Teil der Ziffern der Seriennummer aufweist und die beiden Teile auf dem Datenträger so angeordnet sind, dass sie zusammen die vollständige Seriennummer bilden.
- Datenträger nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und der zweite Teil der Sicherheitselementes zueinander versetzt angeordnet sind.
- Datenträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und/oder der zweite Teil des Sicherheitselementes eine fluoreszierende Farbe aufweist.
- Datenträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil des Sicherheitselementes eine andere Farbe aufweist als der zweite Teil.
- Datenträger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Teil des Sicherheitselementes als Prüfzahl verwendbar ist.
- Datenträger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil des Sicherheitselementes die Seriennummer vollständig repräsentiert und der erste Teil des Sicherheitselementes als Prüfzahl verwendbar ist.
- Datenträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherheitselement auf dem Datenträger mehrfach vorgesehen ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Datenträgers, wie Wertpapier, Ausweiskarte, Banknote oder dergleichen, mit wenigstens einem auf den Datenträger aufgebrachten Sicherheitselement, das eine Seriennummer aufweist, die den Datenträger aus einer Reihe von Datenträgern individualisiert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherheitselement aus wenigstens einem ersten und einem zweiten Teil besteht und beide Teile auf den Datenträger aufgebracht werden, wobei der erste Teil die Seriennummer lediglich teilweise repräsentiert und der zweite Teil die Seriennummer teilweise oder vollständig repräsentiert.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Datenträgers nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und der zweite Teil des Sicherheitselementes so auf dem Datenträger angeordnet werden, dass der erste Teil durch den zweiten Teil zu der vollständigen Seriennummer ergänzt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Datenträgers nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil des Sicherheitselementes einen Teil der Ziffern der Seriennummer und der zweite Teil des Sicherheitselementes einen zweiten Teil der Ziffern der Seriennummer aufweist und die beiden Teile auf dem Datenträger so aufgebracht werden, dass eine vollständige Seriennummer entsteht.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Datenträgers nach Anspruch 13 oder 14 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und der zweite Teil der Sicherheitselementes senkrecht zueinander aufgebracht werden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Datenträgers nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und der zweite Teil der Sicherheitselementes zueinander versetzt aufgebracht werden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Datenträgers nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil des Sicherheitselementes eine andere Farbe aufweist als der zweite Teil.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Datenträgers nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und/oder der zweite Teil des Sicherheitselementes in einer fluoreszierenden Farbe aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Datenträgers nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil des Sicherheitselementes in einer anderen Farbe aufgebracht wird als der zweite Teil.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Datenträgers nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und/oder der zweite Teil des Sicherheitselementes mit einem Nummerierwerk aufgebracht wird, das Ziffernräder aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Datenträgers nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Ziffernrad des Nummerierwerkes Blindziffern aufweist, wodurch an diesen Stellen keine Ziffern auf den Datenträger übertragen werden.
