Abstract
Description
auf Hülsen gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to a support roller winding machine for winding through
Longitudinal cuts of divided material webs, in particular paper or cardboard webs,
on sleeves according to the preamble of
Carrier roll winding machines are used for winding paper or cardboard webs into winding rolls known, which have two driven support rollers on which the When winding, the winding rolls lie side by side with the cores aligned. The Carrier roll winding machines have a roll ejection device, which at a Roll change a set of completely wound winding rolls from the one of the two Eject carrier rollers formed roller bed. The finished set of winding rolls is included from the ejection device over the top of a carrier roller to a lowering platform pressed and lowered to floor level for unloading.
As ejection devices are known to be around the inlet-side support roller Ejection bar pivotable towards the roller bed (DE-OS 38 11 871) or Ejection rollers are used on the side, around the axis of the feed roller pivotable swivel arms is freely rotatable (DE-OS 40 03 504).
The face-to-face wound, heavy in the paper production Winding rolls of a roll set must be so when unloading from the winding machine be separated from each other, that their end faces for labeling and preparation are freely accessible for packaging. For this purpose, adjacent winding rolls are removed from the Lowering platform on different lengths in an arrangement with staggered Axles rolled. Difficulties arise if the distance between two End faces from each other is too small, e.g. B. the winding rollers stick to each other or themselves interlock with their sleeve ends. In practice, they are complex Guide elements incorporated into the lowering platform or fastened to the floor, so that the winding rollers roll down from the lowering platform to the required Separate wise. Lowering platforms with guide elements and guide elements on the floor, e.g. B. curved guideways incorporated into the foundation, are structurally complex or require complex foundation work. At cramped space behind the winding machine is that for the guide elements Often there is no space on the floor.
The invention is based on the object of a carrier roller winding machine improve that the separation of the winding rolls without great design effort is guaranteed even in confined spaces.
This object is achieved with the features of
The curved ejection device according to the invention causes the Winding rolls of a set of rolls moved apart during ejection via the second support roller become. They are then at a greater axial distance from one another on the lowering platform so that it can be rolled into a staggered arrangement without any problems can be.

Derartige Tragwalzen-Wickelmaschinen
sind vielfach bekannt und z. B. in der DE-OS 32 07 461 beschrieben. The support roller winding machine shown in Fig. 1 has two driven
näher beschrieben werden:There is one in each of the machine frames on both end faces of the
ihrer hochgeschwenkten Stellung beim Aufwickeln dargestellt.
The ejection device contains an
ihren axialen Abstand voneinander.
The
Alternatively, the
Instead of an
