Claims (15)
- Abgabevorrichtung (1) für Stückgut, insbesondere für abgepacktes Tiefkühlgut, wie Speiseeis, mit einem Gehäuse (3), das an zumindest einer Seite ein Sichtfenster (20) aufweist und in dem ein oder mehrere Vorratsräume (22) für das Stückgut angeordnet sind, aus denen das Stückgut jeweils mittels einer Fördervorrichtung (23) entlang einer Förderrichtung (24) abförderbar ist, wobei die Förderrichtung (24) der Fördervorrichtungen (23) parallel zum Sichtfenster (20) verläuft,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Gehäuse (3) eine Rutsche (32) vorgesehen ist, auf die die Fördervorrichtung (23) abfördert,
daß die Rutsche (32) durch eine schräge Seitenwand (14a) des Gehäuses (3) gebildet ist,
daß die Steilheit der Rutsche (32) in einen flachen Verlauf (32b) abfällt und
daß die Rutsche (32) hinter dem flachen Verlauf (32b) wieder ansteigt. - Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rutsche (32) hinter dem flachen Verlauf (32b) gekrümmt wieder ansteigt. - Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rutsche (32) konkav gekrümmt ist. - Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich des flachen Verlaufs der Rutsche (32) eine Entnahmestelle (33) für das Stückgut vorgesehen ist, die durch eine Entnahmeöffnung (34) im Gehäuse (3) zugänglich ist. - Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entnahmeöffnung (34) ein Verschlußelement (35) aufweist, das vorzugsweise selbsttätig schließt. - Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Förderrichtung (24) zum Abförderende der Fördervorrichtungen (23) hin geneigt ist. - Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Fördervorrichtungen (23) nebeneinander und/oder übereinander angeordnet sind. - Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für mehrere oder alle Fördervorrichtungen (23) eine gemeinsame Rutsche (32) vorgesehen ist. - Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rutsche (32) sich über die gesamte Innenbreite (B2) des Gehäuses (3) erstreckt. - Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (3) zu der Seitenwand (14a) hin gekippt angeordnet ist. - Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhenabmessung (H2) des Gehäuses (3) größer ist als dessen Breitenabmessungen (B1, B2) in beiden Dimensionen. - Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (3) mittig auf einem kleinen Gehäuse (2) angeordnet ist und mit diesem die Form eines Eis am Stiel ausweist. - Abgabevorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest das obere Gehäuse (3) wärmeisoliert ist und als Tiefkühlvorrichtung ausgebildet ist. - Abgabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Tiefkühlaggregat (16a) der Tiefkühlvorrichtung im unteren Gehäuse (2) angeordnet ist. - Abgabevorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Einrichtung (37, 38) zum Vorwählen und Steuern der Abgabe eines bestimmten Teiles von unterschiedlichen Teilen des Stückguts aufweist.
