Abstract

An arrangement (1) of rollers in a folder of a web-fed rotary printing press comprises a plurality of merging rollers (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) for transporting a plurality of incoming web strands (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) along a line (6) which essentially tangential to the plurality of guide rollers (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d). A first pulling roller (12) and a second pulling roller (14), each having a coating (20, 26) made of an elastic material, are arranged in such a way as to bring them together (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) the merged web strands (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) formed multi-layer web (2) is guided through a nip (10) formed between the drawing rollers (12, 14), which is essentially tangential to the first and the second drawing roller (12 , 14) runs.
