Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Pressenpartie einer
Papiermaschine gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs
1, 2 oder 3 (US-A-4 257 844).The invention relates to a press section of a
Paper machine according to the preamble of the
Press sections of this type have the decisive one Advantage that by using presses with, seen in the direction of web travel, longer Press length a relatively long time to squeeze the liquid from the web is available. In this way, such a press section get by with few press points and yet, even if the paper web runs quickly, one achieve a high drainage effect. The on known presses with an extended press nip are often designed so that a press roll with flexible jacket is provided, which from the inside an essentially only radially movable pressing element pressed against a rigid counter roller is, the flexible jacket in the area of Fit the press nip onto the rigid counter roll can. But there are other embodiments to achieve an extended pressing surface conceivable.
To ensure the highest possible operational reliability of the Reaching the press section is fast moving Machines aimed that the paper web, as for example in DE-Gbm 87 17 279 shown, in constant contact with at least one felt is a so-called free move to avoid where the paper web run the risk would tear down. A disadvantage of such arrangements is that after the exit of the Paper web from the press nip a rewet through the water carried in the felt into the Paper web occurs.
There is already a solution to this problem an arrangement has been proposed (DE-OS 37 42 84 8), where special measures are taken be at least one felt very quickly to lift off the paper web when they get the Press nip leaves, but this is not enough.
Solutions are also known in which second press nip only a felt is present. If the felt is at the top, it can Web too light before entering the second press point fall off. On the other hand, it is below, especially as continuous bottom felt for both presses, then the full width of the web at the exit from the second press with the top roller up follow where it is difficult to handle. On the other hand, there is also a tendency here the paper web, the water from the felt behind suck back the nip, larger.
In DE-OS 38 15 278 A1 is a press shown with two roller presses one behind the other each with an extended press nip, thereby the conditions for drainage the paper web are cheap, on the other hand but the paper web with the help of a felt is transported through both pressing points. she can not conditioned between the two presses will.
The invention is based, the Dewatering effect of press sections with two successive elongated press nips continue to improve without reducing operational safety the web guide through both presses worsen.
Diese Ziele werden durch die im Kennzeichen
des Anspruchs 1, 2 oder 3 genannten Maßnahmen in vollem
Umfang erreicht. These goals are identified by those in the license plate

Of particular advantage is the proposed Solution that different in this way Felts used for the two press points can be. It is therefore possible for everyone New felt after passing through the press point to condition, so with a relatively low Water content for a new pressing process To make available. The handover of the train from the first bottom felt becomes the second top felt with the help a felted and operated vacuum device performed. It is also guaranteed that the damp web is safe between the press points mentioned and on the felt can be held.
The subsequent subclaims show particularly advantageous embodiments of the press section according to the invention.

und 6. Es ist erkennbar, daß in Laufrichtung gesehen
die Preßflächen eine verlängerte Form aufweisen
(Breitnip). In der hier gezeigten Ausführungsform
bestehen die Pressen aus unten liegenden
Gegenwalzen 7 und 9 sowie oben liegenden Breitnip-Preßwalzen
8 und 10. Im Bereich der ersten
Preßstelle 1 werden zwei Filzbänder 11 und 12
verwendet, welche gemeinsam mit der Papierbahn
durch die erste Preßstelle hindurchlaufen. Durch
die zweite Preßstelle 2 wird lediglich ein Oberfilz
13 geführt. Die Abnahme der Bahn vom Filzband
12 erfolgt durch die Abnahmevorrichtung 15, hier
als Saugwalze ausgeführt, die von dem Oberfilz 13
teilweise umschlungen ist. Die durch die Abnahmevorrichtung
15 vom unteren Filzband 12 abgehobene
Trockenpartie. Für den Fall eines Bahnabrisses
bzw. beim Überführen im Anfahrfalle der Anlage
können die nicht weitergeführten Papierbahnen
oder -streifen durch die Schaber 19 bzw. 20 in den
Ausschußauflöser 23 gelangen, ohne daß dadurch
Probleme verursacht werden.1 shows a press section according to the invention, into which the paper web, for example coming from a Fourdrinier

Ein weiterer Vorteil ist erzielbar, wenn beim
Anfahren der Pressenpartie die Papierbahn durch
die Preßstellen 1 und 2 mit voller Breite hindurchgeführt
werden kann, weil das der Schonung der
manchmal empfindlichen Bauteile der Breitnippreßwalzen
dient. Wenn dann die Bahn von der letzten
Preßwalze abläuft, kann ein Überführstreifen gebildet
werden, etwa für die sich anschließende Trokkenpartie.
Der dabei auftretende Ausschuß gelangt
in den darunterliegenden Ausschußauflöser 23.Another advantage can be achieved if the

the
In the embodiment shown in Fig. 2

first and second press through a
It is also conceivable, as shown in Fig. 3, instead

24 installiert. Diese Lösung ist mit den genannten
Ausführungen zur Übernahme der Bahn in
die zweite Preßstelle 2 kombinierbar. In addition to the press sections shown in FIGS. 1-3
with in both
Eine weitere Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen
Pressenpartie zeigt Figur 5. Darin wird
eine sehr kompakte Anordnung der ganzen Pressenpartie
gezeigt.
Another embodiment of the invention
