Description

The invention relates to a package for receiving at least two blocks of rolling papers according to the Preamble of claim 1 and a blank for production such packaging.

Packaging for holding two blocks of rolling papers are known, e.g. from FR 378 449 A. This consist of a front wall with two spaced apart arranged, parallel paper removal slots, one over two spaced apart first fold lines or a first defined between them Long side wall connected to the front wall rear wall, one over two spaced-apart second fold lines or one between these defined second longitudinal side wall with the Front wall connected locking tab on the inside the rear wall is foldable and can be connected to it and two opposite trained end walls that through connected to the front wall by a cross fold line Inside folds or foldable material rags are defined. Every paper removal slot in the front wall the packaging is a block of cigarette papers assigned. The cigarette papers are zigzag folded and layered into one each Paper pad. When removing a rolling paper through one of the two paper removal slots part of the next paper sheet through the removal slot pulled through so that the next sheet of paper is ready to hand again.

The front wall can be made according to the proposal in the FR 378 449 A can also be assigned a top wall, which with the rear wall is connected and can be folded over the front wall.

At this point it should be mentioned that from AU 640 413 B a packaging for toothbrushes is known, from which Packing material a foldable material rag is punched out, which serves to secure the toothbrush against rotation to fix within the packaging. Suggestions for one permanent assignment of blocks of paper to removal slots is missing.

The known packaging for blocks of cigarette papers have the disadvantage that then. if the consumer do not alternate the sheets of paper from the two removal slots which pulls a block of paper completely or almost is completely removed with the result that the other paper block can move within the packaging. Then there is a risk that this is from the larger block of paper assigned removal slot projecting paper also slipped with the paper block and into the Packaging disappears. Although the packaging is still sufficient Contains papers, then no more papers be pulled out of the removal slot.

The object of the present invention is to package the to create the aforementioned type and a cut for the or the at least two paper blocks within the Packaging are kept non-slip, regardless of the number of paper sheets removed from the least two blocks of paper. This is supposed to be the assignment of the paper blocks to the removal slots until the end, d. H. until removal of the last sheet of paper.

This task is done with regard to packaging by the identifying Features of claim 1 and in terms of assigned packaging blank by the features of the claim 5 solved.

The essence of the present invention therefore lies in the arrangement of two in the front wall between adjacent paper removal slots punched out in the longitudinal direction of the paper removal slots spaced apart Material lobes, each one across the mentioned Folding lines extending in the longitudinal direction are folded inwards. This is a permanent assignment of the paper blocks to the Removal slots until the last sheet of paper is removed guaranteed. Advantageous structural details of the invention are described in claims 2 to 4.

A suitable one for the production of such a packaging Cutting is shown in claim 5.

a packaging made from a blank according to FIG 1 in schematic cross section.

In Figure 1 is a flat spread blank 10 for manufacturing a package 14 (Fig. 2) shown for inclusion of two blocks 11, 12 of cigarette papers 13 serves. The blank 10 comprises several wall sections, namely a front wall 15 with two spaced apart, paper removal slots extending parallel to each other 16, 17, a first over two spaced apart Folding lines 18, 19 or a first one defined between them Longitudinal side wall 20 connected to the front wall 15 rear wall 21, one over two spaced apart second fold lines 22, 23 or a second longitudinal side wall defined between them 24 locking tab 25 connected to the front wall 15, which can be folded onto the inside of the rear wall 21 and with it connectable, in particular glued, and two opposite trained end walls, each through at least a transverse fold line 26 or 27 with the front wall 15 connected inside folds or foldable material rags 28, 29 are defined.

In the embodiment shown, there is also a top wall 30 provided, the two spaced third Folding lines 31, 32 or a longitudinal side wall defined between them 33 connected to the rear wall 21 and via the front wall 15 is foldable. So that are the two removal slots 16, 17 coverable, so that from the removal slots 16, 17th protruding grip portions of the cigarette papers 13 not damaged when storing the packaging in a bag become.

In the area 34 between the two paper removal slots 16, 17 in the front wall 15 are in the embodiment according to 1 and 2 two material tabs punched from the front wall 15 35 for permanent separation of the two paper blocks 11, 12 folded inside the packaging 14 (see Fig. 2). The material tabs 35 are in the area 34 between the two extraction slots 16, 17 in the middle and at a longitudinal distance from one another educated. The punching of the material tab 35 is so that this is a transverse to the longitudinal direction of the package extending fold lines 36 are folded inwards. The Length of the fold lines extending transversely to the longitudinal direction 36 thus defines the width of the material flaps folded inwards 35 and thus the width of the gap between the two Blocks of paper 11, 12 within the package 14, such as this shows Fig. 2 very well. Prevent the material rag 35 a slipping of the paper blocks 11, 12 within the Packaging even if the removal of paper sheets 13 from the two extraction slots 16, 17 are very different is. Even if a block of paper is already used up the other block of paper does not slip inside the packaging, d. H. move away from the removal slot assigned to it so that no paper can be removed.
