Claims (8)
- Steckverbinder für einen ringgewellten Außenleiter (3) aufweisende Koaxialkabel, mit einem Steckerkopf (5), der eine Ausnehmung (51) mit einer Ringfläche (52) hat, durch die der in Höhe einer Erweiterung des Kabelaußenleiters (3) von einem Wellental in Richtung auf einen Wellenscheitel liegenden Stirnrandbereich des Kabelaußenleiters innenseitig kontaktierbar ist, sowie mit einer gegen den Steckerkopf (5) verspannbaren Kontakthülse (6), die den Kabelaußenleiter (3) im montierten Zustand umschließt und die durch von ihrem steckseitigen Ende ausgehende, axiale Schlitze (61) in radial federnde Segmente (62) unterteilt ist, die an ihren freien Enden Verdickungen (63) haben, die im montierten Zustand in dem ersten vollständigen Wellental des Kabelaußenleiters (3) liegen und den über die Kontakthülse (6) steckseitig überstehende Endbereich des Kabelaußenleiters (3) gegen die Ringfläche (52) in der Ausnehmung (51) des Steckerkopfes (5) klemmen, wobei die Ausnehmung (51) einen Innendurchmesser mindestens gleich dem Außendurchmesser der Kontakthülse (6) im Bereich der Verdickungen (63) an den freien Enden der Segmente (62) zuzüglich etwa der zweifachen Wellungshöhe des Kabelaußenleiters (3) hat und wobei eine die Kontakthülse (6) umschließende Hohlschraube (7) im montierten Zustand nach dem Zurücklegen eines Spannweges durch Eindrehen in die Ausnehmung (51) des Steckerkopfes die Verdickungen (63) der Kontakthülse (6) umgibt und in Spannrichtung belastet, gekennzeichnet durch eine Einrichtung, die den Spannweg der Hohlschraube (7) in zwei Abschnitte gliedert, von denen der erste einem vormontierten Zustand des Verbinders und das Ende des zweiten Abschnitts (L) der Endmontage des Verbinders auf dem Kabelende entspricht.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Verdickungen (63) an den freien Enden der Segmente (62) der Kontakthülse (6) jeweils eine auf einer Kegelmantelfläche liegende Auflauffläche (63a) für den Stirnrand des Kabelaußenleiters (3) ausgebildet ist und dass der Kegelwinkel so gewählt ist, dass die Segmente bei Überschreitung einer gewissen, von dem Stirnrand (31) des Kabelaußenleiters (3) auf die Auflaufflächen (63a) ausgeübten Axialkraft radial auffedern.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung aus einer Markierung (71) der Stellung der Hohlschraube (7) am Ende des ersten Abschnittes besteht.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung das zum Eindrehen der Hohlschraube (7) in die Ausnehmung (51) des Steckerkopfs (5) erforderliche Drehmoment am Ende des ersten Abschnittes fühlbar erhöht.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung aus einem zwischen dem Steckerkopf (5) und der Hohlschraube (7) am Ende des ersten Abschnitts angeordneten O-Ring oder dergl. besteht.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung aus einer am Ende des ersten Spannwegabschnittes befindlichen Materialverformung zwischen den relativ zueinander verschiebbaren Teilen besteht.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontakthülse (6) unverlierbar in der Hohlschraube (7) gehalten ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verdickungen (63d) an den freien Enden der Segmente (62) der Kontakthülse (6) kabelseitig eine Ringschulter (63d) haben, die mit einem Innenbund (72) der Hohlschraube (7) zusammenwirkt.
