Abstract

Ein Steckverbinder für Koaxialkabel mit ringgewelltem Außenleiter umfaßt einen Steckerkopf (5) mit einer Ausnehmung (51), in der sich eine Ringfläche (52) befindet, die zur innenseitigen Kontaktierung des Stirnrandbereiches des Kabelaußenleiters bestimmt ist. Auf letzterem sitzt eine Kontakthülse (6) mit radial federnden Segmenten (62), die an ihren freien Enden Verdickungen (63) haben, welche im montierten Zustand in dem ersten vollständigen Wellental des Kabelaußenleiters liegen und letzteren gegen die Ringfläche (52) klemmen. Der Steckverbinder kann komplett vormontiert auf dem Kabel montiert werden, wenn die Ausnehmung (51) in dem Steckerkopf (5) einen Innendurchmesser mindestens gleich dem Außendurchmesser der Kontakthülse (6) im Bereich deren Verdickungen (63) zuzüglich etwa der zweifachen Wellungshöhe des Kabelaußenleiters hat und eine die Kontakthülse (6) umschließende Hohlschraube (7) nach dem vollständigen Eindrehen in die Ausnehmung (51) die Verdickungen (63) der Kontakthülse (6) formschlüssig umgibt.
