Description
Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Nonwoven, indem Endlosfilamente unmittelbar nach ihrer Herstellung zu einem gleichmäßig dicken Vlies auf einem Endlossieb abgelegt, dann hydrodynamisch vernadelt werden zur Herstellung eines hochfesten Vlieses, und das hydrodynamisch vernadelte Endlosfaservlies ohne Bindemittelverwendung als Trägervlies verwendet wird und dazu anschließend vollflächig eine Nutzbeschichtung aufgegeben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hydrodynamisch verfestigte Endlosfaservlies vor der Beschichtung unter Hitzeeinwirkung zur Dimensionsstabilität fixiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das wasservernadelte Endlosfaservlies aus reinen PE-Filamenten hergestellt wird und als Nutzbeschichtung eine Betumenbeschichtung aufgebracht und/oder in das Vlies eingebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Glasfaservlies mit dem wasservernadelten Endlosfaservlies vor der Betumenbeschichtung versehen und/oder mit diesem verbunden wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das wasservernadelte Endlosfaservlies als Grundvlies für die Teppichindustrie verwendet wird und dazu in dieses Vlies die zur Veredelung der Oberfläche notwendigen Sicht- wie Florfasern aufgebracht, wie eingetuftet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hydrodynamische Verfestigung mit einer Energie von mindestens 0,3 kWh/kg Faser durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hydrodynamische Wasservernadelung bei kontinuierlicher Fahrweise wechselweise von beiden Seiten auf das Endlosfaservlies einwirkt.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Endlosfaservlies eine Lochstruktur durch die hydrodynamische Vernadelung erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Endlosfaservlies aus Polyamidfasern gebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Endlosfaservlies aus Polyolefinfilamenten, vorzugsweise Polyethylen oder Poly-propylenfilamenten gebildet wird.
- Vlies, das aus endlosen Chemiefasern wie PE-, PP- oder PA-Fasern gebildet und zur Verfestigung allein einer hydrodynamischen Vernadelung unterworfen wird, also ohne Vermischung mit einem Bindemittel und ohne Verwendung von Bindefasern und dieses Vlies vollflächig mit einer Beschichtung versehen ist.
- Trägervlies, das aus endlosen Chemiefasern gebildet und zur Verfestigung ohne Verwendung von Bindemitteln oder Bindefasern allein mittels der hydrodynamischen Vernadelung verfestigt ist und vollflächig mit einer Beschichtung aus einer Nutzschicht versehen ist.
- Dachbeschichtungsbahn bestehend aus einem wasservernadelten PE-Faservlies, ggf. versehen mit einem Glasfaservlies, das mit einer Betumenbeschichtung vollflächig imprägniert und versehen ist.
