Definitions
- the invention relates to dispensers for soap powder for metered sprinkling or the like of soap powder on hand according to the preamble of the claim 1.
- liquid soap from various versions of liquid soap dispensers is often used instead of bar soap.
- the use of liquid soap dispensers is common, since regulations prohibit the use of bar soap. Occasionally you will also find devices for scraping off a bar of soap, which prevents the bar from being touched by hand. Because of the more favorable properties, such as degradability, one would like to use soap powder; however, there is obviously a lack of practical, inexpensive dosing dispensers for this.
- the use of soap powder would also offer itself because the properties of the soap powder, in particular the free-flowing properties, have improved in recent years as a result of new production processes.
- CH 443 588 is a closure system for a powder or granular Well known donors known.
- the locking system has a metering lever, which combines an actuating surface and a closure plate.
- a web is attached to the metering lever by means of an axial bearing.
- a conical cover is finally connected to the web.
- CH 414 966 there is also a closure system for a powder or granular one Well-contained donors disclosed.
- a closure system Unit from a closure plate, the closure plate and a conical Cover connecting web and the web itself. This unit can can be moved up and down by an externally operated lever in order to To be able to dispense the donor's content in portions.
- the US 2,730,271 discloses a dispenser for soap powder, which consists of a cylindrical There is a housing that tapers conically downwards, with a circular one in the middle Cutout, which continues cylindrically a little bit, is available through which the powder to be dispensed can trickle.
- the cutout is closed by a Lever coming from the outside through the cutout extending into the housing extends.
- the lever is attached to the head of the housing by means of a spiral spring fixed an intermediate floor so that the lever, after this previously when actuated has been pressed down, returns to the starting position and thereby the previously released closes closes.
- In the area of the cylindrical continuation of the Cutouts are on the lever two conical bodies that lie on top of each other, in such a way that in the rest position the lower closes the cutout and when operating the lever, the upper cutout.
- DE 81 356 Another dispenser for powder is known from DE 81 356.
- This donor too has a cylindrical housing that tapers conically downwards, centered there is a circular cutout that continues cylindrically a little bit.
- the cylindrical part of the cutout is made up of two balls on a lever closed, in the rest position the lower part with the lower ball, when the Lever with the top ball the top part.
- the lever is stored and guided in the lid, where a spring placed around the lift creates a counterforce when pressed on the lever developed that moves the lever back up after loosening.
- DE 445 408 shows a dispenser that is comparable to the dispenser from DE 81 356 is.
- the lever carries two conical valve bodies that function as the two balls perceive.
- US 2,607,514 shows a complicated closure for a dispenser that is in the consists essentially of two movably linked levers.
- the vertical lever continues into the interior of the dispenser housing.
- the Housing is cylindrical, tapers conically downwards, with a circular one in the middle Cutout, which continues cylindrically a little bit, is formed.
- the first Lever has two extensions, the lower one with the cutout closed Position closes and the top clipping when open. Furthermore, the Lever locked in the closed position by a spring.
- the first lever is a second almost at a right angle, which is on one side Housing is stored. By pressing on the unsupported end of the second lever this end of the lever moves down, resulting in an axial movement of the first lever results, which leads to a simultaneous release of the cutout.
- the object of the invention was to provide a dispenser for soap powder ask who does not have the disadvantages of the prior art and and is just as easy to use as the known dispenser for liquid soap.
- the dosing dispenser for soap powder for dosing sprinkling Soap powder or the like on hand from a dispenser part, a container and a holder, wherein the dispenser part can be integrated or detachable in the container.
- the dispenser part has at least one scatter hole, furthermore a metering lever.
- the metering lever in turn has an actuating surface and at least one metering piston.
- the dosing plungers protrude through the diffusion holes into the interior of the container. Furthermore, are on the dosing plunger towards the inside of the container Web and a closure part formed on it, the closure part on the web located side is spherical or conical and the closure part in the dispenser position closes the scatter holes from the inside. This way, there is between Dosing plunger and closure part a cavity, which is the volume of a Operation of the dispenser determines the soap powder to be dispensed. From the volume of the cavity also results in the wall height of the scatter holes.
- the metering lever has an integrally formed return spring.
- the scatter holes are open at the top and bottom closed, after operating the dosing lever in the dispenser position above closed and open at the bottom.
- the actuating surface on the metering lever is preferably arranged so that the Dispenser actuation by thumb or finger of one hand the soap powder to be dosed falls on the palm of the same hand.
- the diameters of the metering closure pistons are usually larger than the diameter of the scatter holes in order to ensure that the scatter holes are closed in the basic position.
- the dosing closure piston is smaller in diameter than the diameter of the scatter holes, the gap between dosing closure piston and scatter holes being so small that no soap powder falls through due to the friction of the soap powder.
- the metering lever itself is resilient on Base body or rotatably mounted on the bracket in a pivot point.
- a holder which is preferably L-shaped, are advantageously on Base body molded on.
- dosing closure pistons can be attached to webs formed on the dosing lever sit, which have sloping surfaces.
- the dispenser for soap powder according to the invention is extremely suitable for solving the task. It is just as easy to use as the known dispenser for liquid soap. When actuated, he sprinkles a certain, relatively small amount of soap powder onto the actuating hand. It is immaterial whether the container containing the soap powder can be refilled or replaced by a filled container.
- the holder can be designed as in the known dispensers for liquid soap or so that the dispenser can stand on one surface.
- dosing dispensers for soap powder which basically consist of a dispenser part (1) with the dosing lever (4), the container (2) and the holder (3).
- the dispenser part (1) has one or more scatter holes (6).
- the dosing lever (4) has as many dosing lock pistons (11) as the dispenser part (1) has scatter holes (6).
- the surface of the metering closure piston (11) located in the scatter hole is conical or spherical and closes the scatter holes (6) from below in the basic position of the metering dispenser.
- the dosing closure piston (11) can be slightly smaller in diameter than the diameter the scatter holes (6).
- the diameter of the closure part (8) is smaller than the diameter of the associated one Scattering holes (6).
- Rod-shaped elevations (7) are still on the closure part (8). molded, which move in the container with the soap powder when the dispenser is actuated and prevent bridging of the soap powder.
- the dosing plungers (11) advantageously placed on webs (12) which have sloping surfaces at the top.
- the dosing lever (4) is brought into the basic position by a molded-on return spring (5).
- This angled return spring can also be formed in that the metering lever (4) is itself designed to be resilient.
- the metering lever (4) is held on the base body (1) or on the holder (3).
- the actuating surface (10) on the metering lever (4) is arranged in such a way that it can be pressed by the thumb or alternatively pulled or pressed by a finger and the palm of the actuating hand is thus inevitably below the scatter holes (6).
- the pivot point of the pivotable metering lever (4) is accordingly between the actuating surface (10) and the metering piston (11) or at the end opposite the actuating surface (10).
- feet (14) are molded onto the dispenser part (1) as a holder (3), and the actuating surface (10) of the metering lever (4) is at the top.
- the container (2) is designed with a lid (13) at the top.
