Abstract

Es wird eine Minenschutzvorrichtung für Land-, Wasser- oder Luftfahrzeuge vorgeschlagen, die im wesentlichen aus einem Schichtaufbau aus Metallplatte, Hartschaumplatte, Kunststoffen und Strukturelementplatten in einer solchen Anordnung und Dimensionierung besteht, daß die Bedrohung durch Minen aufgrund von Splitter- und Blastwirkung kompensiert wird. Der Schichtaufbau ist dem Boden- und/oder Seitenblech des Fahrzeuges (2) bei der integrierten Lösung nachgeordnet und bei einer adaptierten Lösung vorgeschaltet. Die integrierte-adaptierte Lösung sieht vor, daß jeweils Teile des Schichtaufbaus vor und nach dem Boden- und/oder Seitenblech (2) angeordnet sind.
Von wesentlicher Bedeutung ist es, daß dünne Metallplatten aus einem Werkstoff mit hoher Härte und großer Dehnung eingesetzt werden und die der Bedrohung zugewandte erste Hartschaumschicht (3) eine Raumdichte von mindestens 100 kg/m3 besitzt. Die gewählten Kunststoffe bilden eine dynamisch druckfeste Platte (11).
Die Strukturelementplatte (6) besteht aus einem verhältnismäßig leichten, insbesondere biegesteifen Aufbau mit einem hohen plastischen Arbeitsaufnahmevermögen, in dem die dünnen Begrenzungsschichten (7,8) durch mehrwinklige oder sonstwie geformte und/oder wellenförmige Zwischenlagen (9) so verbunden sind, daß zwischen den Begrenzungsschichten (7,8) offene, durchlaufende Kanäle (12) beliebigen Querschnitts entstehen. Die Strukturelementplatte (6) ist aus metallischen oder Faserverbundwerkstoffen oder einer Kombination dieser beiden Werkstoffe gebildet.
