Claims (17)

Verfahren zum gesteuerten Spannen einer Webkette beim Herstellen von insbesondere Cordgewebe für Fahrzeugluftreifen in einer Webanlage, wonach a) eine Vielzahl von Kettfäden eine Kettfadenschar bildet, und wobei die Kettfäden unter dem Zug einer drehangetriebenen Abzugswalze von in einem Spulengatter drehend gelagerten und selbstbremsenden Spulen kontinuierlich abgezogen werden, b) die Kettfadenschar vor dem Gewebebildeprozeß eine separate Vorrichtung passiert, in der die Kettfadenschar in Abhängigkeit vom Auftreten einer Unterbrechung des Webprozesses oder in Abhängigkeit vom Ausführen einer webtechnischen Operation (Tabbyweben, Zurückweben) unter weitgehendem Gespannthalten aus einer Bezugsebene ausgelenkt wird und bei Neustart des Webprozesses oder bei Ende der webtechnischen Operation das Auslenken der Fadenschar aufgehoben wird, c) die gespannte Kettfadenschar nach dem Verlassen der drehangetriebenen Abzugswalze dem Gewebebildeprozeß zugeführt wird und d) nach dem Gewebebildeprozeß das fertige Gewebe auf einem Wickler aufgewickelt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß e) in Abhängigkeit von Webprozeß-Stoppimpulsen die Kettfadenschar in wenigstens eine definierte Position relativ zur Bezugsebene gesteuert ausgelenkt wird und f) bei Webprozß-Startimpulsen die Kettfadenschar gesteuert in die Bezugsebene zurückbewegt wird.
