Erfindungsgemäß ist dem Gleitbügel ein Rastkörper zugeordnet, der elastisch ausweichbar ist und in das Auge ragt. Der elastisch ausweichbare Rastkörper wirkt unabhängig von der Verkantung des Gleitbügels auf die Gleitschiene mit einer Rastprofilierung der Gleitschiene zusammen. Der Rastkörper wirkt derart mit der Rastprofilierung der Gleitschiene zusammen, dass die Rutschsicherung bereits vor einem Einspannen eines Werkstückes sicher wirkt. So kann bei einem Ansetzen des Spannwerkzeuges mit einer voreingestellten Lage des Gleitbügels dieser beispielsweise aufgrund von Erschütterung seine gesicherte Stellung nicht verlieren bzw. wieder abrutschen. Durch die Anordnung eines elastisch ausweichbaren Rastkörpers in dem Auge des Gleitbügels ist eine schwerkraftunabhängige Rutschsicherung gegeben. Hierzu ist der Rastkörper derart angeordnet, dass dieser stets elastisch in Richtung auf die Rastprofilierung der Gleitschiene beaufschlagt wird. Die Rutschsicherung ist nur willensbeton aufhebbar. Der Rastkörper ist eine abgefederte Kugel. Durch die Feder wird die Kugel stets in Richtung auf die Rastprofilierung beaufschlagt, was eine sichere Festlegung des Gleitbügels an der Gleitschiene in jeder Raststellung gewährleistet. Die Rastprofilierungen sind in Schienenerstreckungsrichtung beabstandet zueinander liegende Rastmulden. Letztere sind bevorzugt querschnittsangepaßt der Kugel. Es ist eine Vielzahl von Rastmulden vorhanden, wobei der Abstand zwischen zwei Rastmulden bevorzugt im Millimeterbereich, bspw. 3 bis 5 mm, liegt. Hierdurch ist eine Feinjustage zur Vorpositionierung des Gleitbügels gegeben. Die Rastmulden liegen auf der Schienenbreitseite. Claims (2)

  1. A clamping tool, in particular a screw clamp (1) having a fixed bracket (3) which provides a clamping surface (4) and is fixedly connected to a slide rail (2) which is rectangular in cross-section, a sliding bracket (5) being displaceably seated on the slide rail and having a counter clamping surface (8) which, by means of a clamping element (7), can be braced against a work piece which can be clamped in between clamping surface (4) and counter clamping surface (8), the eyelet (6) of the sliding bracket (5) being securable with respect to the slide rail (2) as a result of tilting relative to the narrow side of the slide rail (2), which tilting results from the clamping-in action, characterized by a latching body (13) which is capable of yielding in an elastic manner, projects into the eyelet (6) and is assigned to the sliding bracket (5), the latching body being for interaction with a latching profiling (10) assigned to the wide side of the slide rail (2), the latching profiling being in the form of latching hollows (11) which are spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction of the rail, the latching body (13) retaining the sliding bracket (5), functionally independently of the securing achieved by virtue of the tilting relative to the narrow side, in a pre-set position of the sliding bracket, which can only be intentionally changed when no work piece is clamped in, the latching body (13) being a spring-loaded ball (14).
  2. Clamping tool according to Claim 1, characterized in that the latching body (13) is accommodated substantially in the centre of the wide side wall (15) of the eyelet (6).
