The conductors are to be mechanically fastened to such contact elements and be electrically connected to the contact element. In addition to a safe Clamping, the contact force must be maintained permanently. The leader should be clamped between metal surfaces without undue damage become and be solvable again.
There are terminals known for a 90 ° angled feed / discharge of the respective conductor are designed as a bolt clamp or their connection via a screw in a threaded hole on the contact element he follows. The conductor must be provided with a cable lug for connection become. This is squeezed or pressed onto the conductor. The is only possible with special tools (pliers). They need one On-site assembly because of their large lever arms takes up a lot of space and is expensive. Also Hydraulically operated tools are still relatively large, heavy and have a high purchase price.
The large cable lug dimensions require a large amount of space Connection. The clamping point must be accessible from the outside because the fasteners (Nut or clamping screw) and with the provided Tools with the specified tightening torque have to. Subsequent protection of the terminal point as intended Condition (under electrical voltage) against touching requires an additional one Expenditure.
From US 1 064 920 is a contact element made of insulating material for the connection known several stripped conductors, the connection end with a Cross bore is provided, into which the stripped conductor can be inserted. there the connection end has a threaded bore into which one with a Tapered clamping screw can be screwed on the stripped Head acts.
Auch hierbei ist eine Querbohrung vorgesehen, in die ein Litzenleiter einschiebbar ist, der mittels Klemmschrauben festgeklemmt und kontaktiert werden kann.CH 448 204 is also a connector body made of insulating material known, which has a plug end designed as a contact socket. Here too, a transverse bore is provided into which a stranded conductor can be inserted which is clamped and contacted by means of clamping screws can.
From US 4 114 262 a cable connector is also known, the one Has base body with a transverse bore for receiving a conductor. In the transverse bore is a pin-shaped contact part which can be pressed in Contacting caused by pressure on the conductor.
From US 3 963 322 and DE 296 06 881 U1 it is generally known Clamping screws used to clamp and contact a conductor are to be provided with a conical tip, which in the to be connected Head penetrates.
Dokument US-A-4 629 277 offenbart ein Kontaktelement
gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.Document US-A-4 629 277 discloses a contact element
according to the preamble of
The invention has for its object a contact element of the beginning mentioned type in that this is easy to manufacture and the connection of the conductors is possible without special tools, the Space requirement of the contact elements should be as small as possible.
This object is achieved by the contact element of
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in
The advantages achieved by the invention are in particular that the stranded conductors can be clamped to a certain length without additional and expensive tools only with a hexagon key of the appropriate size without additional aids such as cable lugs or wire end sleeves. The dimensions of the terminal area never exceed the external dimensions of the high-current contact. The space requirement is minimal.
sein.1 to 3 is a contact element designed as a socket contact

Fig.
aufweist. The conductor connection end is with a transverse bore 4 passing through it

Leiters erleichtert.As a result, a
Starting from the

einschraubbar. The cone tip and the transverse bore are matched to one another in such a way that at least two “adjacent” conductor cross sections can be clamped on (for example 50 mm 2 and 70 mm 2 or 95 mm 2 and 120 mm 2 ).
To actuate the clamping screw, it is preferably provided with a
To connect a stranded
Of course, several small conductors can also be connected at the same time.
The total cross section only has to be in the intended clamping area.
