Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Ableiten des Regenwassers von der Oberfläche eines Gebäudedachs, die ein senkrechtes Ablaufrohr (1), über dem ein Behälter (2) sitzt, der einen größeren Querschnitt als das Rohr hat und an der Oberfläche des Dachs anliegen soll, und eine die Wirbelbildung verhindernde Vorrichtung (5) mit einem Querschnitt zwischen dem des Rohrs (1) und dem des Behälters (2) aufweist, die im Behälter oberhalb des Einlaufendes des Ablaufrohrs (1) angeordnet ist, wobei die eine Wirbelbildung verhindernde Vorrichtung eine massive Wand (6) mit axialen peripheren Rippen (7) aufweist, die außerhalb der massiven Wand (6) liegen, mit dem Boden des Behälters in Kontakt stehen, der den Einlauf des Ablaufrohrs umgibt, und mit dem Boden radiale Durchlässe für das Wasser zum Ablaufrohr hin definieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die massive Wand der eine Wirbelbildung verhindernden Vorrichtung eine konische Form aufweist und daß sie vor einem kegelstumpfförmigen Bodenabschnitt (3) des Behälters angeordnet ist, um mit diesem Abschnitt einen Durchlaß (6a) für das Wasser zu bilden, wobei das Verhältnis zwischen einerseits dem Querschnitt des Wasserdurchlasses (6a), der zwischen der konischen Wand der eine Wirbelbildung verhindernden Vorrichtung und dem kegelstumpfförmigen Bodenabschnitt (3) des Behälters definiert ist, und andererseits dem Querschnitt des Ablaufrohrs (1) nahe 1 ist.
  2. Ableitvorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die konische Wand (6) mit den axialen Rippen (7) in einem Zwischenbereich der Länge der Rippen verbunden ist, wobei die Enden der Rippen, die sich auf der Seite der Aushöhlung der konischen Wand (6) befinden, durch einen Klemmring (10) verbunden sind, um mit der konischen Wand ein Gitter (14) zu bilden, das die Bildung von Wirbeln in der von der konischen Wand gebildeten Wanne verhindert, während die Enden der Rippen, die sich auf der Seite der Spitze der konischen Wand (6) befinden, mit der konischen Wand (6) und dem Boden (12) des Behälters, mit dem sie in Kontakt stehen, ein Fallgatter abgrenzen, das die Bildung von Wirbeln in den Wasserströmen verhindert, die in das Rohr (1) eindringen.
  3. Ableitvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rippen (7) der eine Wirbelbildung verhindernden Vorrichtung (5) mit ihrer Breite zur Mitte der konischen Wand (6) hin ausgerichtet sind.
  4. Ableitvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eine Wirbelbildung verhindernde Vorrichtung Zentrierklötze (16) aufweist, die je in Bezug auf eine axiale Rippe (7) vorstehen und sich in einen Kreis eines Durchmessers gleich dem des Behälters (2) einfügen.
  5. Ableitvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (2) an seinem Ende, das an der Oberfläche des Dachs anliegen soll, eine Dichtmanschette (4) zur Verbindung zwischen dem Dach und der Ableitvorrichtung aufweist.
  6. Ableitvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie außerdem einen Deckel oder ein Kies-Sieb (8) gewölbter Form aufweist, dessen Durchmesser dem des Behälters (2) angepaßt ist und das axiale Rippen (22) zur Auflage auf dem umgebogenen Rand des Behälters (2) aufweist, die regelmäßig an seinem Umfang verteilt sind, wobei mindestens einige dieser Rippen einen Zentrierfinger (24) aufweisen, der mit der Innenwand des Behälters (2) in Berührung kommen soll, wobei die Auflagerippen Durchlässe für den Einlauf des Wassers in den Behälter (2) definieren.
  7. Ableitvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die eine Wirbelbildung verhindernde Vorrichtung (5) und der Deckel oder das Kies-Sieb (8) je eine zentrale Öffnung aufweisen, wobei ein gleitender Stab zur festen Verbindung der eine Wirbelbildung verhindernden Vorrichtung (5) mit dem Deckel (8) in diese Öffnungen eingeführt ist, wobei der Stab (26) einen Kopf (27) und an seinem dem Kopf entgegengesetzten Ende eine Scheibe (28) zum Blockieren nach dem entsprechenden Festziehen des Stabs (26) aufweist.
  8. Ableitvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie weiter ein Filtersystem (9) aufweist, das den Deckel oder das Kies-Sieb (8) umgibt, wobei dieses Filtersystem den Schutt wie z.B. die Splitter zurückhalten soll, die sich von manchen Dachverkleidungen lösen.
  9. Ableitvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Filtersystem ein Ring (30) aus Lochblech mit einem umgebogenen Rand (31) zum Zurückhalten von Schutt ist, der auf die Manschette (4) des Behälters (2) aufgesetzt ist.
  10. Ableitvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Filtersystem ein Ring aus einem metallischen oder textilen oder schaumförmigen Netzwerk ist.
