- d'obtenir sur une toiture qui en est équipée, une hauteur d'eau la plus faible possible et dans tous les cas, inférieure à 55 mm pour le débit normal,

- une retenue de débris entraínés par l'eau de pluie et notamment de paillettes se décollant de certains revêtements composites et risquant de boucher les conduits de faible diamètre et sans pente.

Claims (10)
- Dispositif d'évacuation des eaux pluviales de la surface d'une toiture de bâtiment comprenant un tuyau vertical d'évacuation (1) surmonté d'un bac (2) de section supérieure à celle du tuyau et destiné à affleurer la surface de la toiture et un dispositif anti-vortex (5) de section intermédiaire entre celle du tuyau (1) et celle du bac (2), disposé dans ledit bac, au-dessus de l'extrémité d'entrée du tuyau d'évacuation (1), le dispositif anti-vortex comportant une paroi pleine (6) pourvue d'ailettes périphériques (7) axiales, extérieures à ladite paroi pleine (6) en contact avec le fond du bac entourant l'entrée du tuyau d'évacuation, et définissant avec ledit fond des passages radiaux pour l'eau vers ledit tuyau d'évacuation, caractérisé en ce que la paroi pleine du dispositif anti-vortex est de forme conique et en ce qu'elle est disposée en regard d'une portion de fond tronconique (3) du bac pour former avec cette dernière un passage (6a) pour l'eau, le rapport entre la section de passage (6a) pour l'eau défini entre la paroi conique du dispositif anti-vortex et la portion de fond tronconique (3) du bac d'une part et celle du tuyau d'évacuation (1) d'autre part, étant voisin de 1.
- Dispositif d'évacuation suivant la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que la paroi conique (6) est reliée aux ailettes axiales (7) dans une zone intermédiaire de la longueur des ailettes, les extrémités des ailettes situées du côté du creux de la paroi conique (6) étant reliées par un anneau de cerclage (10) pour former avec la paroi conique une grille (14) empêchant la formation de tourbillons dans la cuvette formée par la paroi conique, tandis que les extrémités des ailettes situées du côté de la pointe de la paroi conique (6) délimitent avec la paroi conique (6) et le fond (12) du bac avec lequel elles sont en contact une herse empêchant la formation de tourbillons dans les courants d'eau qui pénètrent dans le tuyau (1).
- Dispositif d'évacuation suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les ailettes (7) du dispositif anti-vortex (5) sont dirigées selon leur largeur vers le centre de la paroi conique (6).
- Dispositif d'évacuation suivant l'une des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif anti-vortex comporte des plots de centrage (16) faisant chacun saillie par rapport à une ailette axiale (7) et s'inscrivant dans un cercle de diamètre égal à celui du bac (2).
- Dispositif d'évacuation suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le bac (2) comporte, à son extrémité destinée à affleurer la surface de la toiture, une platine d'étanchéité (4) de liaison entre la toiture et le dispositif d'évacuation.
- Dispositif d'évacuation suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre un chapeau ou garde-grève (8) de forme bombée, ayant un diamètre adapté à celui du bac (2) et présentant des ailettes axiales (22) d'appui sur le rebord du bac (2) régulièrement réparties à sa périphérie, certaines au moins desdites ailettes comportant un doigt de centrage (24) destiné à venir en contact avec la paroi intérieure du bac (2), lesdites ailettes d'appui définissant des passages d'accès pour l'eau dans le bac (2).
- Dispositif d'évacuation suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif anti-vortex (5) et le chapeau ou garde-grève (8) comportent chacun un orifice central, une tige coulissante de solidarisation du dispositif anti-vortex (5) avec le chapeau (8), étant engagée dans lesdits orifices, ladite tige (26) comportant une tête (27) et portant à son extrémité opposée à la tête, une rondelle de blocage (28) après écrasement de l'extrémité correspondante de la tige (26).
- Dispositif d'évacuation suivant l'une des revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre un système filtrant (9) entourant ledit chapeau ou garde-grève (8), ledit système filtrant étant destiné à arrêter les débris tels que des paillettes qui se décollent de certains revêtements de toiture.
- Dispositif d'évacuation suivant la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le système filtrant est un anneau (30) en tôle perforée muni d'un rebord (31) d'arrêt de débris posé sur la platine (4) du bac (2).
- Dispositif d'évacuation suivant la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le système filtrant est un anneau en maille métallique ou textile ou en mousse.
