Abstract

Es wird eine Anordnung zum Erfassen und Auswerten von Zeit- und Betriebsdaten vorgeschlagen, mit einer Identifikationskarte (1) für jeden Mitarbeiter, mit einer Anzahl von tragbaren Handgeräten (2, 2'), welche jeweils eine Lesevorrichtung (7) für die Identifikationskarten (1), eine Uhr, einen Datenspeicher für Informationen wie Namen, Kostenstellen, Projektnummern und dergleichen, sowie Mittel zur Datenverarbeitung aufweisen, welche die von den Identifikationskarten (1) gelesenen Daten mit der Uhrzeit und mit gespeicherten Daten zu Ereignisdatensätzen verknüpfen und abspeichern. Ferner ist eine Anzahl von Terminals (3, 3') vorgesehen, welche jeweils eine bidirektionale Schnittstelle (11, 11') zum Anschließen eines Handgeräts (2, 2') zum Zweck des Datenaustauschs aufweisen. Schließlich ist eine Datenverarbeitungsanlage (5, 6) vorhanden, welche über Datenleitungen (4) mit den Terminals (3, 3') verbunden ist.
Die in einem Handgerät (2) beim Lesen einer Identifikationskarte (1) gebildeten und abgespeicherten Ereignisdatensätze werden beim Verbinden des Handgeräts (2) mit einem der Terminals (3) in dieses kopiert und dort zwischengespeichert. Die Datenverarbeitungsanlage (5, 6) greift auf alle in den Terminals (3, 3') zwischengespeicherten Ereignisdatensätze zu und wertet sie zentral aus. Korrekt und vollständig ausgewertete Ereignisdatensätze werden von der Datenverarbeitungsanlage (5, 6) mit einem Freigabevermerk versehen und an die Terminals (3, 3') ausgegeben. Die in den Handgeräten (2, 2') gespeicherten Ereignisdatensätze werden erst dann zum Löschen freigegeben, wenn das jeweilige Handgerät (2) mit einem Terminal (3) verbunden ist und ein Freigabevermerk für den entsprechenden Ereignisdatensatz vorliegt.
