Claims (7)

  1. Regalsystem aus Profilelementen mit Einrichtungen für die Verbindung der Elemente miteinander bestehend aus Regalpfosten (1) mit U-förmigem Querschnitt mit einem hinteren Teil (1a) und zwei Seitenteilen (1b) sowie aus Leisten (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entlang der Mantellinie der beiden Verbindungswinkel (1d) zwischen dem hinteren Teil (1a) und den Seitenteilen (1b) des U-förmigen Profils im Höhenverlauf in regelmäßigen Abständen Profilöffnungen (1e) ausgebildet sind, in welche die dazu an den Enden entsprechend gestalteten Leisten (3) eingeführt und fixiert werden,
       und dass die Profilöffnungen (1e) im Bereich der abgerundeten Winkel (1d) der Regalpfosten zweistufig ausgebildet sind, d.h. mit einer oberen Stufe (1e1) und einer unteren Stufe (1e2), wobei die obere Stufe (1e1) breiter ist als die untere Stufe (1e2),
       und dass die Enden der Leisten (3) im Hinblick auf ihre Einführung in die Öffnungen (1e) der Regalpfosten (1) mit profilierten Vorsprüngen in Form von umgebogenen Haken (3a) beschaffen sind, die im oberen und unteren Teil der Endstücke ausgebildet sind und mit der oberen Stufe (1e1) der Profilöffnungen (1e) der Regalpfosten (1) zusammenwirken,
       und dass die Endstücke der Leisten (3) zwecks Blockierung in den Profilöffnungen (1e) der Regalpfosten (1) mit Profileinkerbungen (3b) im unteren und/oder im oberen Teil der senkrechten Flächen (3c-3d) im Bereich der Haken (3a) versehen sind, die nach Einführung der Haken in die Öffnungen und Absenken der Leisten mit der unteren Stufe (1e2) der Öffnungen zusammenwirken,
       und dass die Leisten (3) aus zwei vertikalen Flächen (3c-3d) mit den umgebogenen Haken (3a) und den Einkerbungen (3b) bestehen, die durch ein zweizoniges (3e - 3f) Profil in √-Form verbunden sind, deren endseitige Flächen (3g) sich bei der Montage an den Seitenteilen der Regalpfosten (1) abstützen,
       und dass das √-förmige Rippenprofil der Leisten eine obere Zone (3e) aufweist, die vorzugsweise senkrecht zu den vertikalen Flächen (3c-3d) verläuft, um in Verbindung mit einer gegenüberliegenden Leiste ein waagrecht liegendes Regalbrett (R) aufzunehmen.
  2. System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Regalpfosten (1) am hinteren Teil (1a) des U-Profils in der Höhe regelmäßig oder unregelmäßig verteilte Materialaussparungen (1f) aufweisen, die dazu bestimmt sind, mit vorspringenden Zungen (2d) an den umgebogenen querverlaufenden Enden (2c) von die Regalpfosten paarweise verbindenden Querträgern (2) zusammenzuwirken.
  3. System nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querträger (2), die aus einer Grundplatte (2a), den umgelegten querverlaufenden Enden (2c) und zwei kürzeren umgebogenen Längsenden (2b) bestehen, mit der Grundplatte (2a) in Opposition zum hinteren Teil (1a) an Rücksprüngen (1c) des U-Profils der Regalpfosten aufliegen, wenn die Querträger an den Regalpfosten befestigt sind.
  4. System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Profilöffnungen (1e) der Regalpfosten (1) entsprechend ausgebildete Verstärkungsknaggen (4) aufnehmen, die ebenfalls durch blockierende Einrichtungen an den Leisten (3) befestigt werden.
  5. System nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorkehrungen für die Verbindung der Knaggen (4) mit den Öffnungen (1e) der Regalpfosten aus hakenförmigen Vorsprüngen (4e-4f) bestehen, die an den Enden einer senkrechten Fläche der dreiecksförmigen Knaggen ausgebildet sind, während die Blockierung der Knaggen gegenüber den Leisten durch eine Nase (4i) erfolgt, die den Haken (4e-4f) entgegengesetzt und unter Krafteinwirkung zur Einführung in einen Ausschnitt (3g) der Leisten bestimmt ist.
  6. System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden sich gegenüberliegenden Leisten (3), die sog. Vorder- und Hinterleiste, umgekehrt an den Regalpfosten (1) befestigt werden, damit aus der schrägen Zone (3f) die obere Auflagefläche eines schräg liegenden hinteren Regalbretts (R) wird.
  7. System nach den Ansprüchen 4, 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Knaggen (4) aus zwei dreieckigen senkrechten Flächen (4a-4b) mit den Haken (4e-4f) bestehen, die durch ein √-förmiges Profil (4g-4h), das genauso gestaltet ist wie das Profil (3e-3f) der Leisten, eng miteinander verbunden werden.
