Claims (7)
- Handhabungsgerät für das manuelle Bewegen von Lasten insbesondere von Arbeitsgeräten, bestehend aus einer Standsäule (11) und einem daran angeordneten axial verschiebbaren Querarm (26, 27), mit einer Werkzeughalterung (30) wobei der Querarm über wenigstens ein Kreuzklemmstück (18, 19) an einer, an der Standsäule angeordneten ersten Linearlagereinheit (14) angeordnet ist, die aus einem Rohr (15) besteht, an dessen Enden Kugelbüchsen (16, 17) angeordnet sind, wobei der Querarm aus wenigstens einer längsverschiebbaren Welle (26, 27), besteht, welche in einer zweiten Linearlagereinheit geführt ist, wobei diese Linearlagereinheit aus einem Rohr (20, 21) besteht, das an seinen Enden Kugelbüchsen (22, 23, 24, 25) aufweist, und wobei die Standsäule (11) an ihrem oberen Ende ein Gewichtsausgleichsorgan (12, 13) trägt, das mit einer Befestigungsstelle an der ersten Linearlagereinheit (14) verbunden ist.
- Handhabungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querarm aus 2 Wellen ( 26, 27) besteht, die jeweils in einer zweiten Linearlagereinheit angeordnet ist und wobei der Achsabstand der Wellen (26, 27) größer als der fünffache Wellendurchmesser ist.
- Handhabungsgerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines oder mehrere der Rohre zur Aufnahme der Kugelbüchsen (22-25) ein an seinem Außendurchmesser unbearbeitetes Präzisionsrohr ist.
- Handhabungsgerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gewichtsausgleichsorgan eine Seilzugeinrichtung (12) ist, die ein federbelastetes Zugseil aufweist.
- Handhabungsgerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Linearlagereinheit des Querarms verschieb- und stufenlos arretierbar an der Standsäule (11) angeordnet ist.
- Handhabungsgerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Linearlagereinheit (14) an der Standsäule (11) in Bezug auf den Querarm (26) längs verschieb- und stufenlos arretierbar angeordnet ist.
- Handhabungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6 mit einem Kreuzklemmstück zur gleichzeitigen Befestigung zweier Wellen oder Rohre in einem 90° Winkel zueinander, wobei dieses einen rechtwinklig zu einer Wellenachse verlaufender Schlitz (32) aufweist und wenigstens eine Spannschraube (34, 35) vorgesehen ist zum gleichzeitigen Klemmen beider Wellen oder Rohre.
