Description
- chaque fraction de produits broyés est constituée par des grains dont les dimensions sont comprises entre une limite supérieure et une limite inférieure prédéterminées, les grains de la fraction grossière ayant une grosseur comprise entre 0,5 mm et quelques dizaines de mm et les grains de la fraction fine ayant une limite supérieure allant d'environ 300 µm à quelques dizaines de µm,
- on renvoie en outre à l'alimentation du broyeur un excédent de production d'une ou plusieurs fractions, en sélectionnant les paramètres de l'opération de broyage de telle sorte que, pour toutes les fractions, le débit produit soit supérieur ou au moins égal au débit voulu.
- lesdits au moins deux appareils de classification sont prévus de façon à ce que chaque fraction de produits broyés soit constituée par des grains dont les dimensions sont comprises entre une limite supérieure et une limite inférieure prédéterminées, grains dont les dimensions sont comprises entre une limite supérieure et une limite inférieure prédéterminées,
- l'installation comprend également des moyens pour renvoyer en outre à l'entrée du broyeur un excédent de production d'une ou plusieurs fractions, ledit broyeur étant apte à permettre une sélection des paramètres de l'opération de broyage de telle sorte que pour toutes les fractions, le débit produit soit supérieur ou au moins égal au débit voulu.
Claims (7)
- Procédé pour réduire par broyage une matière minérale en grains de différentes grosseurs et diviser le produit broyé en plusieurs fractions, procédé dans lequel, en partant d'un produit brut en morceaux, dans lequel les morceaux ont des dimensions inférieures ou au plus égales à 150 mm, on le soumet à un broyage par écrasement en couche de matière, on divise les produits broyés en plusieurs fractions comportant une fraction grossière, une fraction fine et au moins une fraction intermédiaire et on renvoie à l'alimentation du broyeur au moins les grains dont les dimensions sont supérieures à la limite supérieure de la fraction grossière, appelés grains trop gros, caractérisé par le fait que :chaque fraction de produits broyés est constituée par des grains dont les dimensions sont comprises entre une limite supérieure et une limite inférieure prédéterminées, les grains de la fraction grossière ayant une grosseur comprise entre 0,5 mm et quelques dizaines de mm et les grains de la fraction fine ayant une limite supérieure allant d'environ 300 µm à quelques dizaines de µm,on renvoie en outre à l'alimentation du broyeur un excédent de production d'une ou plusieurs fractions, en sélectionnant les paramètres de l'opération de broyage de telle sorte que, pour toutes les fractions, le débit produit soit supérieur ou au moins égal au débit voulu.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 dans lequel on choisit de recirculer les grains d'une ou plusieurs fractions intermédiaires de préférence aux grains de la fraction grossière.
- Installation pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1 comportant un seul appareil de fragmentation (10, 18, 18', 56) effectuant un broyage en couche de matière et au moins deux appareils de classification, permettant de diviser les produits broyés en plusieurs fractions comportant au moins une fraction grossière, une fraction fine, et au moins une fraction intermédiaire, l'un de ces appareils (14, 26, 26', 26") étant apte à séparer des produits provenant du broyeur ceux dont la grosseur des grains est supérieure à la limite supérieure de la faction grossière, appelés grains trop gros, qui sont renvoyés à l'entrée du broyeur, et l'autre appareil de classification (12, 30, 30', 30") étant apte à séparer des produits broyés, les grains constituant la fraction fine, caractérisée par le fait quelesdits au moins deux appareils de classification sont prévus de façon à ce que chaque fraction de produits broyés soit constituée par des grains dont les dimensions sont comprises entre une limite supérieure et une limite inférieure prédéterminées,l'installation comprend également des moyens pour renvoyer en outre à l'entrée du broyeur un excédent de production d'une ou plusieurs fractions, ledit broyeur étant apte à permettre une sélection des paramètres de l'opération de broyage de telle sorte que pour toutes les fractions, le débit produit soit supérieur ou au moins égal au débit voulu.
- Installation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le premier appareil de classification est un crible.
- Installation selon la revendication 3 caractérisée en ce que le premier appareil de classification est un classificateur hydraulique.
- Installation selon la revendication 3 ou 4 caractérisée en ce que le classificateur apte à séparer la fraction fine est un séparateur pneumatique.
- Installation selon la revendication 3 ou 5 caractérisée en ce que le classificateur apte à séparer la fraction fine est un hydrocyclone ou un appareil centrifuge.
