Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil provisoire de chirurgie orthopédique destiné à la chirurgie substitutive, par exemple du genou, de la hanche et de l'épaule. Cet appareil comporte un corps provisoire (11) de forme et de calibre choisis pouvant recevoir des cales d'épaisseur ou des éléments cunéiformes (20) de différents calibres et formes, ce qui permet au chirurgien de réaliser une orthèse provisoire pendant l'intervention, laquelle orthèse s'adapte exactement à l'anatomie du patient. Des adaptateurs magnétiques (29) permettent de maintenir un élément cunéiforme choisi sur une orthèse provisoire sélectionnée. Des protubérances (27, 11B) et des évidements (11A, 28) empêchent que les éléments cunéiformes (20) ne tournent par rapport à l'orthèse provisoire sélectionnée (11).
