Description
- une caisse parallélépipédique plate réalisée à partir d'un unique flan en carton, ladite caisse étant ouverte à une extrémité et présentant sur une de ses grandes parois des découpes qui permettent de réaliser, uniquement par pliage, au moins un élément de calage avant articulé sur ladite grande paroi par une ligne de pliage et qui vient se placer à l'intérieur de la caisse, par pivotement autour de ladite ligne de pliage, ledit élément de calage servant à l'appui du bord avant du capot,
- et un élément de calage arrière réalisé à partir d'un unique flan de carton, ledit élément de calage arrière ayant la même section que la section intérieure de la caisse et étant monté coulissant à travers ladite extrémité ouverte de la caisse, dans laquelle il peut être plus ou moins enfoncé jusqu'à ce qu'il vienne en butée contre le bord arrière du capot.
Claims (12)
- Emballage pour pièce rectangulaire et plate, telle qu'un capot de véhicule (10) comportant un bord avant (12, 14) et un bord arrière (18), ledit emballage comprenant:une caisse parallélépipédique plate (26) réalisée à partir d'un unique flan en carton (30), ladite caisse présentant sur une de ses grandes parois (38) des découpes qui permettent de réaliser, uniquement par pliage, au moins un élément de calage avant (52, 54) articulé sur ladite grande paroi par une ligne de pliage (60) et qui vient se placer à l'intérieur de la caisse, par pivotement autour de ladite ligne de pliage, ledit élément de calage servant à l'appui du bord avant du capot,ledit emballage étant caractérisé en ce que ladite caisse est ouverte à une extrémité et en ce qu'il comprend en outreun élément de calage arrière (126 ; 200) réalisé à partir d'un unique flan de carton (130 ; 202), ledit élément de calage arrière ayant la même section que la caisse (26) et étant monté coulissant à travers ladite extrémité ouverte de la caisse, dans laquelle il peut être plus ou moins enfoncé jusqu'à ce qu'il vienne en butée contre le bord arrière (18) du capot.
- Emballage selon la revendication 1, pour un capot pourvu d'un nez (16) sur son bord avant, caractérisé en ce que la caisse comprend deux éléments de calage avant (52, 54) espacés par un intervalle (82) dans lequel le nez (16) vient se loger.
- Emballage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la caisse (26) comprend une paroi de fond (32), une paroi supérieure (38) parallèle à la paroi de fond, deux parois latérales parallèles (34, 36) et une paroi latérale d'extrémité (48) et est ouverte sur sa quatrième face latérale, ladite paroi supérieure présentant une échancrure (56) en u a partir de son bord situé a l'extrémité ouverte de la caisse, sur le bord central (57) de laquelle sont articulés deux portions pliables rainées (52, 54) susceptibles d'être mises sous la forme d'éléments de calage parallélépipédiques de même hauteur que la caisse et d'être introduites, par pliage autour de leur articulation (60) sur le bord central, dans l'espace défini entre la paroi de fond, et la paroi supérieure, à l'arrière de l'échancrure, lesdits éléments de calage présentant deux portées (58) pour l'appui du bord avant (12, 14) du capot et étant espacés par un intervalle (82) dans lequel vient s'insérer le nez (16) du capot.
- Emballage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que chacun des éléments de calage parallélépipédiques (52, 54) comprend une paroi de base (62) qui repose et peut être collé sur la paroi de fond (32) de la caisse, deux parois latérales parallèles (64, 66) articulées sur ladite paroi de base et se plaçant verticalement entre la paroi de fond (32) et la paroi supérieure (38) de la caisse dans une direction sensiblement parallèle à l'axe longitudinal de la caisse, et une troisième paroi latérale transversale (58) tournée vers l'intérieur de la caisse.
- Emballage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les parois latérales parallèles (64, 66) des éléments de calage présentent une encoche (74) sur leur bord vertical qui est adjacent à la troisième paroi latérale (58), ladite troisième paroi latérale pouvant être enfoncée à l'intérieur des encoches (74) de manière à former une surface diédrique concave destinée à recevoir le bord avant du capot.
- Emballage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdites parois latérales parallèles (64, 66) des éléments de calage présentent à l'extrémité de leur bord encoché un crochet (76) destiné à pénétrer dans une fente (80) formée sur la troisième paroi latérale (58) afin de verrouiller les éléments de calage (52, 54) en position fermée.
- Emballage selon la revendication 1, pour capot pourvu aux extrémités de son bord arrière (18) de deux pointes (20, 22), caractérisé en ce que l'élément de calage arrière comprend deux parois latérales parallèles (134, 136 ; 228, 230) destinées à glisser sur les parois latérales parallèles (34, 36) de la caisse (26), une paroi centrale (191 ; 210 à 216) située entre lesdites parois latérales sur laquelle s'appuie le bord arrière (18) du capot, et des évidements (193, 195 ; 222) formés de part et d'autre de ladite paroi centrale pour le passage des pointes (20, 22) situées aux extrémités du bord arrière du capot.
- Emballage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de calage arrière est constitué par une seconde caisse (126) de même forme que la première caisse (26) et qui présente également une échancrure (156) en U sur sa paroi supérieure (138), sur le bord central (160) de laquelle est articulée une portion pliable susceptible d'être mise sous la forme d'un élément de calage parallélépipédique de même hauteur que la seconde caisse et d'être introduite, par pliage autour de l'articulation (160) sur le bord central de l'échancrure, dans l'espace défini entre la paroi de fond (132) de la seconde caisse et sa paroi supérieure (131), des évidements (193, 195) étant ménagés entre ledit élément de calage et les parois latérales (134, 136) parallèles de la seconde caisse pour le logement des pointes (20, 22) du capot.
- Emballage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de calage arrière se réduit à un flan de carton rectangulaire (202) divisé dans le sens de la longueur en au moins deux bandes (210, 212, 214, 216) d'égale largeur par au moins une ligne de refoulement longitudinale (204) qui s'étend sur une portion de la longueur de la bande, et s'arrête à une certaine distance des bords transversaux du flan, ledit plan présentant également deux incisions longitudinales (206, 208) situées de part et d'autre de la ligne de refoulement dans le prolongement de celle-ci et qui s'étendent jusqu'auxdits bords transversaux, ledit flan étant d'abord replié sur lui-même en rabattant l'une sur l'autre les deux bandes, puis étant plié suivant deux lignes de pliage transversales (224, 226) passant par les extrémités de la ligne de refoulement (204), deux fentes longitudinales (222) étant percées sur les deux volets latéraux intérieurs (232, 234) ainsi formés, tandis que les deux volets latéraux extérieurs (236, 238) sont pliés à leur extrémité afin de former deux pattes de coulissement (238, 230) destinées à glisser et à être collées sur la face intérieure des parois latérales parallèles (34, 36) de la caisse (26).
- Emballage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les deux bandes de carton situées de part et d'autre de la ligne de refoulement sont elles-mêmes repliées pour former chacune une double épaisseur de carton, de sorte que l'élément de calage arrière (200) comporte une quadruple épaisseur de carton.
- Emballage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un rabat frontal (191) découpé sur la paroi de fond (132) de la seconde caisse (126) est dressé verticalement sur ladite paroi de fond et se place contre ledit élément de calage parallélépipédique, et peut y être collé.
- Emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la caisse (26) et l'élément de calage arrière (126 ; 200) sont solidarisés par collage ou au moyen de sangles.
