Claims (8)

  1. Un instrument (10) de mesure du temps de type montre, comprenant un boîtier de montre externe et un boîtier de montre interne qui peut lui être relié, caractérisé en ce que ledit boîtier de montre externe est formé d'un élément de fixation mécanique de type écrou (12, 12') et ledit boîtier de montre interne est formé d'un segment de boulon creux (16, 16'), ledit élément de fixation mécanique de type écrou (12, 12') étant relié audit segment de boulon creux (16, 16') par leur engagement de filetage mutuel.
  2. L'instrument (10) de mesure du temps de type montre selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit boulon creux (16, 16') est muni d'un fond fermé.
  3. Instrument (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-2, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de fixation mécanique de type écrou (12, 12') est muni d'étriers (14, 14') pour le support d'un bracelet ou analogue.
  4. L'instrument (10) de mesure du temps de type montre selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits étriers (14, 14') sont insérés dans des cavités appropriées (36, 36') prévues dans ledit élément de fixation mécanique de type écrou (12, 12') et reliés de préférence à celui-ci par des vis ou des broches.
  5. L'instrument (10) de mesure du temps de type montre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de fixation mécanique de type écrou (12, 12') est un écrou hexagonal présentant éventuellement un poids faible et ayant sa partie interne usinée pour obtenir un siège plan circulaire.
  6. L'instrument (10) de mesure du temps de type montre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un écrou à anneau d'entraînement (28) qui comprend à son tour un autre écrou hexagonal (30).
  7. Un procédé d'assemblage d'un instrument (10) de mesure du temps de type montre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-6 comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    a) créer un élément de fixation mécanique de type écrou (12, 12');
    b) usiner au moins un trou dans ledit élément de fixation mécanique de type écrou (12, 12') ;
    c) relier un élément creux de type boulon (16, 16') audit élément de fixation mécanique de type écrou alésé (12, 12') ;
    d) percer latéralement l'élément creux de type boulon (16, 16') au niveau dudit trou de l'élément de fixation mécanique de type écrou (12, 12');
    e) introduire le mécanisme (18) de l'instrument dans ledit élément creux de type boulon (16, 16') et insérer un écrou d'entraînement (28) dans le trou (34) de l'élément de fixation de type écrou et dans le trou correspondant de l'élément creux de type boulon (16, 16') ; et
    f) achever l'assemblage de l'instrument en montant les autres parties de l'instrument ainsi que le verre protecteur (26) ou analogue.
  8. Le procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que, avant d'effectuer la phase c), des étriers (14, 14') ou éléments de liaison sont fixés audit élément de fixation mécanique de type écrou (12, 12').
