Definitions
- the invention relates to a game ball that consists of at least two relative to each other rotatable rotationally symmetrical parts.
- a spherical patience game is known from G 82 02 370.0, the body of which at least two parts which are movable relative to one another and which are formed on one another a dividing line are in contact with each other and in the area of the outer Surface of the sections have paths that are two apart along the Separating line connect separate points so that the relative movement of the sections along the dividing line step by step the individual paths to different paths Design connects, being distinguishable in the paths or lanes and in these movable pearl elements are arranged.
- a game ball of the generic type is known from US-A-44 52 454.
- the ball consists of two diametrically opposed spherical caps and one complementing the two spherical caps into a ball, the two spherical spherical caps receiving disc.
- the two domes are independent and relative rotatably arranged to the disc.
- There are movable ones on the spherical surface Game elements applied in a band shape in three mutually perpendicular planes. The game elements represent part of the surface of the game ball, so that when executing the game the player only a very limited number of Can capture game elements at a glance.
- the present invention has for its object to provide a game ball, the the player a particularly large number of game options and game variations as well as a very high level of difficulty, and their constructive structure is relatively easy.
- Another object of the invention is the actuating elements on the surface of the game ball to be arranged in such a way that the player can Entire are fully visible so that the player can use the game situation at any time Can grasp view.
- the toy ball according to the invention is characterized by two diametrically opposite, having a common central axis, facing one another Pointed cones rotatable with each other about the central axis, an annular center piece, that complements the two cones to a ball and relative to the two cones by the Center axis is rotatable, one running in a main plane of the sphere on the circumference of the sphere Guide groove, which on the outer surfaces of the two calottes of the cone and the Center piece is formed, and strung together in the circumferential direction, in the Actuators arranged in the main plane of the ball and guided in the guide groove, which in particular as discs with in the guide groove in the circumferential direction sliding guides, e.g. Guide shoes are trained.
- the invention is designed so that the two cones after a first Variant fixed and rigid to each other, so not rotatable relative to each other are, and connected to each other according to a second variant, but relative to each other are rotatably arranged.
- the dome surface of the two cones is an integer Number of actuators assigned. In this way the Difficulty increased.
- the two cone elements stand with one of the two
- the drive cone is connected in such a way that it has gears, friction wheels or the like. Are coupled to each other, so that one of the Cone elements the assigned cone and over this the other cone element is rotated.
- Another embodiment of the invention is designed so that the in Center plane of the ball arranged annular guide groove that the Actuating elements, as a double groove (or alternatively as a simple Groove) is formed, and that each of the two grooves or a single groove is a ring of Actuating elements.
- the two rings of actuators are thus rotatable relative to one another in parallel planes.
- the actuators of the two ring arrangements can be of different colors, can be optional have other numbers or markings and the like.
- preference is given to the actuating elements in both double grooves have the same design, i.e. have same size and numbering, but different color.
- the actuators e.g. radially outward with increasing thickness so that the peripheral surface the actuators are thus significantly increased.
- the actuators on the peripheral edge be provided.
- the ball points in one to the plane the guide groove perpendicular level on a second guide groove that only in Center piece is formed and the other actuators of the same design like that of the first guide groove, so that two different levels of Actuators are provided on the center piece. If the Both cones or the annular center piece can be the actuators two planes perpendicular to each other that receive the guide grooves, merged and combined.
- two rings are from Actuators in two, preferably perpendicular to each other Layers are arranged, provided on the entire spherical surface.
- the actuating elements of the two levels are merged and combined with each other. It is necessary that two neighboring ones Actuators of a guide groove a sufficiently large distance from each other have so the actuators of the other guide groove that are perpendicular to it the first actuators are between two adjacent ones Actuators can be passed.
- the actuating elements are designed as thin disks.
- the game ball according to the invention has the decisive advantage that the entire Game pieces and thus the entire game situations in the embodiments Figures 1-10 (and most of the figures 11-15) of the player can be grasped at a glance because they are all within his field of vision, that the Combinations that are available to the player are exceptionally high, and that a multitude of variations is possible, according to which the player passes the tokens order, because the pieces both have different numbers (or markings) as well as different colors.
- the player can e.g. With one and the same ball in a first level of difficulty according to the color, in a second level of difficulty after a certain sequence of numbers and in arrange a third level of difficulty according to color and numbers. So that's it Players possible an extremely high number of game options and game variations in the game, and as a result to achieve a greater variety of games.
- the constructive Building such a ball is relatively simple and inexpensive.
- the actuators can instead of in the form of digits Markings Letters or other distinctive markings, e.g. Have picture elements or the like.
- the game ball consists of a cone 1 with an opening angle of e.g. 120 ° and a spherical cap surface 2, the conical tip 3 of which is cylindrical and a Has recess 4, further a cone 5 with an opening angle of e.g. 60 ° and a spherical cap 6 and a tubular cone tip 7, which with the cylindrical approach of the cone tip 3 via an approach 7 'in the recess 4th intervenes.
- the two cones 1 and 5 are closed by an annular middle part 8 supplemented by a ball.
- the middle part 8 has a peripheral surface 9 with a peripheral Guide groove 10, which extends over the entire circumference of the ball, including the Dome surfaces 2 and 6 extends.
- the guide groove 10 serves to receive Actuators 11, which are designed, for example, in the form of disks which a guide device 12, e.g. molded in the form of guide shoes 12 are guided in the groove 10 and slidable therein and in the recesses 13th defined to be positioned in a snap.
- a guide device 12 e.g. molded in the form of guide shoes 12 are guided in the groove 10 and slidable therein and in the recesses 13th defined to be positioned in a snap.
- 11 ', 11 can be a single Guide shoe may be provided.
- the main axis of the game ball is designated, about which the two cones 1 and 5 can be rotated in the directions of rotation 15 and 16 (FIG. 2) are.
- One of the inner surfaces of the middle part 8 has a recess or bore 17, 17 ', in each of which a spring 19, 19' is arranged, the corresponding one Locking device 18, 18 'of the cone 1 and 5 is assigned.
- the spring 19, 19 ' exercises one Pressure on a spherical locking element 20, 20 'and positions it Locking element in a recess 20a.
- These locking devices serve as a positioning aid or locking aid when playing.
- Three each Disks are in this special embodiment in the two peripheral grooves of the Middle part arranged so that a total of twelve in the illustrated embodiment Disks or actuators adjoin each other in the circumferential direction are provided.
- the two cones 1 and 5 are preferably fixed to one another or not, but rotatably connected relative to each other, e.g. by gluing an approach 7 'in the Indentation 4.
- the connection can also be made by a catch, by pressing the two cone tips against each other and one for example arrow-shaped locking element is pressed into a corresponding receiving surface, so that due to the spreading effect of the arrow-shaped element, a movement in the Opposite direction is no longer possible.
- the arrangement of the discs is chosen so that twelve discs are ring-shaped are provided in sequence; however, the invention is not based on this number limited by discs (the total number can be chosen smaller or larger). With an odd number of e.g. there are thirteen slices more varied game.
- the cone elements 21, 22 each have one Circumferential extent, the inclusion of two actuators (disks) corresponds, the cone 5 has a circumferential extent that the inclusion of two Actuators corresponds, the cone 1 has a circumferential extent, which the Includes three actuators, and which corresponds to the individual cone separating circumferential portions, which represent the central parts 25, 26 have each have a circumferential extent that corresponds to an actuating element, so that here thirteen actuators or disks evenly along the circumference along the Guide groove 10 are arranged distributed.
- the variant of a ball according to Figures 9 and 10 is in construction and construction designed according to the game ball according to Figures 1-6.
- the authoritative The difference is apart from the different number of actuators (thirteen instead of twelve) that the ring of the actuators and the guide groove is double, i.e. that in two parallel superimposed directly Levels two series 27, 28 of the same actuators are provided independently and relative to each other in the two parallel planes arranged and rotated from these levels.
- the actuators 29, 30, 31 ...; 29 ', 30', 31 '... are, as shown in Fig. 11, designed so that they radially outwards e.g. have increasing thickness, as indicated at 32, or have additional controls in the form of pins 33 or recessed grips 34, so that you get a larger grip area for better handling.
- the embodiment according to FIGS. 12 and 13 has an additional rotary plane 35 on, which extends perpendicular to the plane of rotation 14 (Fig. 2), so that the plurality of Adjustment options are significantly increased.
- the game ball is at a central plane, which is rectangular to level 14, in which the actuating elements 11, 11 ', 11 ".... and this receiving guide groove 10 are arranged, in the middle 39 another Guide groove 36 formed in the further actuating elements 11a, 11a ', 11a ", ...
- Example of Figures 12 and 13 six of which are arranged by turning in the Plane of the guide groove 36 and by pivoting the individual spherical sections 37, 38, 39 can be combined with the actuating elements 11, 11 ', 11 "... according to FIG. 2 can.
- an additional rotary plane 35 is provided, similar to the embodiment according to FIGS. 12 and 13, which is formed vertically to the rotary plane 14 (plane of the drawing).
- a circumferential groove 40 which extends in a ring over the entire circumference of the ball and in which corresponding actuating elements 11b, 11b ', 11b "... are arranged, which are analogous to the actuating elements 11, 11', 11" ... are trained and arranged.
- the actuating elements 11, 11 ', 11 "... each have a small distance a from one another which is selected such that the actuating elements 11b, 11b', 11b '' ... arranged in the guide groove 40 are each between two adjacent actuators 11, 11 ', 11 ".... can pass through when rotating the ball elements.
