Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Steuerung eines der Verbindung eines Kontaktes mit einem Leiter dienenden Crimpvorganges, bei dem ein Crimpwerkzeug (12) einer Crimppresse von einer Anfangsposition (A) in eine Crimpposition (C) und anschliessend in eine Endposition (E) verfahren wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass zur Verarbeitung unterschiedlicher Kontakte die Anfangs- und Endposition (A, E) des Crimpwerkzeuges (12) wählbar ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Bewegung des Crimpwerkzeuges (12) zwischen der Anfangsposition (A) und der Endposition (E) ihren Ursprung in einer Rotationsbewegung hat, bei der Anfang und Ende örtlich trennbar sind. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Richtung der Rotationsbewegung für den nachfolgenden Crimpvorgang der Richtung der Rotationsbewegung für den vorangehenden Crimpvorgang entgegengesetzt ist. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die jeweilige Position des Crimpwerkzeuges (12) erfasst und zur Steuerung verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass ein einmaliger Crimpvorgang zur Prüfung der Crimpverbindung, ein Crimpvorgang mit Zwischenhalt zur Positionierung des Kontaktes oder ein Crimpvorgang mit vorgewähltem Hub wählbar sind. - Einrichtung zur Herstellung einer Crimpverbindung mittels eines motorisch angetriebenen Crimpwerkzeuges (12),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass eine Steuerung (16) vorgesehen ist, mittels der die Position und die Bewegung des Crimpwerkzeuges (12) wählbar ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass ein Rechner (51) vorgesehen ist, der einen Antriebsmotor (2) für das Crimpwerkzeug (12) nach wählbaren Vorgaben und in Abhängigkeit der jeweiligen Position des Crimpwerkzeuges (12) steuert. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass ein Geber (37) vorgesehen ist, der die jeweilige Position des Crimpwerkzeuges (12) erfasst. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass ein Inverter (48, 49, 50) vorgesehen ist, der nach Angaben des Rechners (51) den Antriebsmotor (2) steuert. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass ein Bedienterminal (15) vorgesehen ist, das eine Tastatur (18) und eine Anzeige (19) zur Eingabe und Visualisierung von Benutzer- und Systemdaten aufweist und das einen Drehknopf (7) zur Wahl der Anfangs- und Endposition (A, E) des Crimpwerkzeuges (12) aufweist.
