- La Figure 1 est une vue en perspective partiellement éclatée d'un mode de réalisation préféré du dispositif considéré.
- La Figure 2 est une vue de détail de l'embout de liaison entre les deux profilés, selon une direction opposée à celle qui correspond à la représentation de ce même embout, illustrée sur la Figure 1.
Claims (3)
- Assemblage de profilés métalliques, comportant un embout (4) propre à assurer la liaison mécanique entre ces profilés (1, 2) s'étendant perpendiculairement l'un à l'autre, cet embout étant fixé extérieurement sur un premier de ces profilés (1) et recevant par emmanchement un second profilé (2) qui s'applique en butée contre le premier, l'embout présentant deux faces d'appui parallèles (13), aptes à coopérer avec deux ailes (10) du second profilé (2), délimitant une cavité (12) recevant l'embout, caractérisé en ce que l'embout comporte un orifice (16) d'injection sous pression à l'intérieur de cet embout d'un volume donné d'un mastic d'étanchéité, cet orifice étant formé dans une région (15) de l'embout opposée à ses faces d'appui sur les profilés et se raccordant à une pluralité de canaux séparés (19, 22) de répartition du mastic injecté, ces canaux débouchant ou étant ouverts dans les zones à étancher, entre les deux profilés et/ou entre chacun de ceux-ci et l'embout, les deux faces d'appui comprenant chacune un autre orifice de passage (21) pour le mastic qui étanche ainsi le jeu entre les ailes et les faces d'appui.
- Assemblage de profilés métalliques selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'embout (4) comporte deux pattes latérales (5) pour sa fixation par des vis (7, 7a) ou similaires sur la surface (8) du premier profilé.
- Assemblage de profilés métalliques selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les canaux (19) recevant le mastic sont répartis dans l'embout selon un circuit en Y.
