Claims (13)
- Coffrage (10) comportant deux parois coffrantes (3) placées en vis-à-vis et connectées par des éléments (4) de liaison articulés permettant de maintenir les parois (3), soit à un écartement définissant un intervalle destiné à recevoir un matériau de remplissage tel que le béton, soit repliées pour le stockage et le transport,
caractérisé en ce que les éléments (4) de liaison articulés sont constitués par des éléments longilignes pliés sensiblement en zig-zag (7A), chaque élément longiligne plié comportant des parties opposées (6) en quinconce reliées par des tirants (4A) inclinés en sens opposé de part et d'autre de chacune desdites parties opposées (6), les parties opposées alternées (6) de tous les éléments de liaison longilignes étant disposées parallèlement les unes aux autres et étant reliées aux parois (3). - Coffrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de liaison sont articulés aux parois (3) par des moyens de fixation (5,12) permettant un seul degré de liberté en rotation.
- Coffrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément (7A) longiligne plié sensiblement en zigzag forme une série d'ondes sensiblement en dents de scie.
- Coffrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la longueur de l'élément (7A) longiligne plié en zigzag est supérieure à la longueur d'un panneau de coffrage (10) au travers duquel il s'étend de manière à ce qu'une extrémité (7B) qui dépasse puisse s'accrocher sur un panneau contigü.
- Coffrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins certains tirants (4A) sont pourvus d'éléments de chauffage.
- Coffrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la fixation des tirants (4A) sur les parois coffrantes (3) est réalisée par l'intermédiaire d'un matériau (12) élastique.
- Coffrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les sommets des ondes d'au moins un côté de l'élément (7A) longiligne plié en zigzag sont solidarisés à une pièce (13) longiligne qui renforce l'inertie du coffrage et définit la géométrie de ce dernier.
- Coffrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments (7A) longitudinaux de liaison sont articulés aux raidisseurs verticaux (5) solidarisés avec les parois coffrantes (3).
- Coffrage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les éléments (7A) longitudinaux de liaison comportent des parties opposées (6) droites disposées entre les raidisseurs verticaux (5) et les parois coffrantes.
- Coffrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les tirants (4A) inclinés sont disposés symmétriquement par rapport à un plan médian (M).
- Coffrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux éléments (7A) longilignes décalés l'un par rapport à l'autre de manière à ce que leurs parties opposées (6) en quinconce sont disposées en face l'une de l'autre.
- Coffrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les parois coffrantes (3) sont des panneaux en métal déployé constituant un treillis dont les mailles sont déterminées pour évacuer l'eau excédentaire d'un matériau de remplissage tel que le béton.
- Mur, en béton ou autre matériau de remplissage, incorporant un coffrage perdu selon l'une des revendications précédentes, où les éléments de liaison développent sur le matériau de remplissage à la fois :d'une part, des forces (F) de compression orientées perpendiculairement aux faces coffrantes etd'autre part, des forces (G) de compression orientées sensiblement parallèlement aux faces externes dudit mur de manière à créer une peau exerçant un effet de frette.
