Abstract
Description
- ledit poinçon comporte une partie cylindrique de diamètre ajusté au diamètre de l'orifice à ménager dans le matériau en bande, cette partie cylindrique constituant le prolongement d'une partie tronconique de forme adaptée à la conception par emboutissage de l'embouchure de forme tronconique ;
- la matrice comporte un alésage de section ajustée à celui de la partie cylindrique du poinçon, cet alésage présentant au niveau de sa paroi au moins une rainure, débouchante sur la face supérieure de cette matrice en regard du matériau en bande, cette ou ces rainures et l'axe de l'alésage se situant dans un alignement sensiblement parallèle à l'axe longitudinal dudit matériau en bande lors du façonnage de ce dernier.
- la figure 1 représente, de manière schématisée et en élévation, l'outillage conforme à l'invention, comprenant un poinçon et une matrice entre lesquels est représenté, de manière schématisée et en traits discontinus, un matériau en bande, notamment une têtière, comprenant un orifice à embouchure tronconique obtenu par emboutissage au moyen de cet outillage ;

Claims (4)
- Outillage pour le façonnage par emboutissage d'un orifice (2) à embouchure tronconique (3) dans un matériau métallique en bande (4), notamment destiné à la conception d'une têtière (5) de ferrure de verrouillage ou analogue pour porte, fenêtre ou autre, comprenant au moins un poinçon (9) et une matrice (10), caractérisé par le fait que :ledit poinçon (9) comporte une partie cylindrique (11) de diamètre (12) ajusté au diamètre (13) de l'orifice (2) à ménager dans le matériau en bande (4), cette partie cylindrique (11) constituant le prolongement d'une partie tronconique (14) de forme adaptée à la conception par emboutissage de l'embouchure tronconique (3) ;la matrice (10) comporte un alésage (15) de section (16) ajustée à celle de la partie cylindrique (11) du poinçon (9), cet alésage (15) présentant au niveau de sa paroi (17) au moins une rainure (18, 18A), débouchante sur la face supérieure (19) de cette matrice (10), en regard du matériau en bande (4) à façonner, cette ou ces rainures (18, 18A) et l'axe (20) de l'alésage (15) se situant dans un alignement (21) sensiblement parallèle à l'axe longitudinal (22) dudit matériau en bande (4) lors du façonnage de ce dernier.
- Outillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la matrice (10) comporte, au niveau de la paroi (17) de l'alésage (15), au moins deux rainures (18, 18A) disposées de manière diamétralement opposée.
- Outillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'axe (20) de l'alésage (15) dans la matrice (10) et les rainures (18, 18A) se situent dans le plan médian longitudinal du matériau en bande (4) lors du façonnage de ce dernier.
- Têtière (5) de ferrure de verrouillage ou analogue pour porte, fenêtre ou autre comprenant au moins un orifice (2) à embouchure tronconique (3) façonné par emboutissage à l'aide d'un outillage conforme aux revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte au niveau de sa face arrière (24) et en bordure de l'orifice (2) au moins un bossage (23, 23A) disposé avec l'axe (20) dudit orifice (2) dans l'axe longitudinal (22) de cette têtière (5).
