Claims (19)
- Machine pour bobiner du film pré-étiré à partir d'une bobine d'alimentation (32) vers une bobine de réception des films pré-étirés comportant des moyens d'entraínement en rotation de la bobine (38) de réception des films pré-étirés et/ou de la bobine d'alimentation en films (32), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte des moyens d'entraínement relatifs de ladite bobine d'alimentation (32) par rapport à ladite bobine de réception (38) de manière à faire varier périodiquement la position des lisières du film (36) selon l'axe (5) de la bobine de réception (38), de manière à ce que la lisière (21) du film (36) bobiné présente un profil tronconique ou sensiblement conique.
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'entraínement relatif de la bobine d'alimentation (32) par rapport à la bobine de réception (38) assurent une amplitude de déplacement relatif permettant la formation sur ladite bobine de réception d'un profil tronconique ou sensiblement conique de la lisière (21) du film formant avec un axe (5) de la bobine de réception un angle α compris entre 1° et 80°.
- Machine selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'entraínement relatif de la bobine d'alimentation (32) par rapport à la bobine de réception (38) assurent une amplitude de déplacement relatif permettant la formation sur ladite bobine de réception d'un profil tronconique ou sensiblement conique de la lisière (21) du film formant avec un axe (5) de la bobine de réception un angle α compris entre 3° et 45°.
- Machine selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'entraínement relatif de la bobine d'alimentation (32) par rapport à la bobine de réception (38) assurent une amplitude de déplacement relatif permettant la formation sur ladite bobine de réception d'un profil tronconique ou sensiblement conique de la lisière (21) du film formant avec un axe (5) de la bobine de réception un angle α compris entre 5° et 45°.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte des moyens (23) d'entraínement alternatifs oscillant de la bobine d'alimentation (32) parallèlement à son axe (77) et/ou des moyens (27) d'entraínement alternatifs oscillant de la bobine de réception (38) parallèlement à son axe (5).
- Machine selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les moyens (23,27) d'entraínement alternatif comportent un galet elliptique, ovale excentrique ou analogue, entraíné en rotation selon un axe (51,52) orthogonal à l'axe (77) de rotation de la bobine d'alimentation (32) et/ou de la bobine de réception (38) ; ledit galet entraínant ladite bobine d'alimentation et/ou de réception parallèlement audit axe de rotation de bobine (32,38).
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte en outre des moyens d'étirage (33,34) d'un film étirable (36), des moyens de guidage (40,41,42,57,35) de films, des moyens (45,35,37) de bobinage de films (36) étirés sur la bobine de réception (38).
- Machine selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte en outre des moyens (42,35) pour relâcher partiellement la tension mécanique dans le film après l'étirage et avant son bobinage sur la bobine de réception (38).
- Procédé de bobinage de films pré-étirés comportant une étape d'étirage d'un film (36) et une étape de bobinage du film étiré sur une bobine de réception (38) caractérisé en ce que, lors du bobinage, on assure un déplacement relatif des moyens (32) d'alimentation en films (36) et de la bobine de réception (38) de manière à faire varier périodiquement la position des lisières du film (36) selon l'axe (5) de la bobine de réception (38)., de manière à ce que la lisière (21) du film (36) bobiné présente sur la bobine de réception (38) un profil tronconique ou sensiblement conique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les déplacements relatifs des moyens d'alimentation en films par rapport à la bobine de réception (38) est un déplacement d'une bobine d'alimentation parallèlement à son axe (77) et/ou d'une bobine de réception (38) parallèlement à son axe (5).
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'amplitude du déplacement est comprise entre 1 % et 4 %, de préférence entre 2 % et 2,4 %, de la largeur de la laize du film (36).

- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'on bobine sur la bobine de réception (38) un film de suremballage ayant subi un étirage sous une tension comprise entre 10 et 20 N/mm2 de section initiale de laize, et en ce que le bobinage et la relaxation du film sur la bobine de réception (38) s'effectuent sous une tension mécanique comprise entre 10 et 90 % de la tension d'étirage.
- Bobine de film pré-étiré, caractérisée en ce qu'elle a été obtenue par le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 11.
