- la figure 1 montre, en vue de côté, un lève-conteneurs selon l'invention dans lequel la poutre est présentée dans sa position inférieure d'accrochage des conteneurs ;
- les figures 2A et 2B montrent, réciproquement en vue de face et en vue de côté, un lève-conteneurs selon l'invention dans lequel la poutre est présentée dans sa position supérieure de basculement et de vidage des conteneurs ; et
- la figure 3 montre, en vue de côté, un lève-conteneurs selon l'invention dans lequel la poutre est présentée dans sa position supérieure basculée de vidage des déchets.
Claims (5)
- Lève-conteneurs (1) comportant une poutre (3) déplaçable en translation entre une position inférieure d'accrochage des conteneurs et une position supérieure dans laquelle cette poutre (3) présente un premier mouvement de rotation pour le basculement et le vidage des conteneurs, et un second mouvement de rotation en sens inverse, lesdits mouvements de rotation s'effectuant autour d'un galet principal (13) solidaire de la poutre mobile (3), alors qu'un premier secteur (14) solidaire de la poutre (3) coiffe un galet fixe (27) durant les premier et second mouvements de rotation, caractérisé en ce que dans la position supérieure le galet principal vient en appui sur un élément fixe en arc de cercle (9) auquel ledit galet fixe est fixé, ledit élément fixe reliant en partie haute les parois latérales parallèles (7,8) de rails verticaux (5) le long desquels la poutre est déplaçable, lesdits rails étant fixés sur les côtés latéraux d'un cadre (6), de maniére que la poutre (3) soit retenue et pivote nécessairement, quel que soit le poids du conteneur vidé.
- Lève-conteneurs selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des moyens moteurs de la poutre (3) sont constitués par deux uniques vérins (23) destinés à déplacer ladite poutre (3) en translation verticale entre sa position inférieure et sa position supérieure et à effectuer les premier et second mouvements de rotation.
- Lève-conteneurs selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la poutre (3) comporte un galet suiveur (20) retenu entre les parois (7, 8) des rails (5) lorsqu'un caisson (18) de la poutre (3) est vertical et en ce que ledit galet suiveur (20) monte sur un talon (10) au cours de la translation verticale de ladite poutre (3) ce qui donne une impulsion à la rotation de la poutre (3) et à la sortie du galet (20) hors des rails (5).
- Lève-conteneurs selon l'une des revendications 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un second secteur (15) assure la mise en place d'une rehausse (25) de trémie au cours de la translation ascendante de la poutre (3), et assure la retenue de ladite rehausse (25).
- Benne équipée d'un lève-conteneurs selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
