Claims (10)
- Dispositif pour la diffusion d'air chaud à travers une ouverture (13) ménagée dans la paroi (14) d'une hotte de cheminée, de préférence à foyer fermé ou à insert, en vue de la décompression de ladite hotte,
caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'au moins un déflecteur (1) fixe formant écran à l'observation de manière à empêcher une personne placée en regard de l'ouverture d'aération de la hotte de voir l'intérieur de la hotte, ce déflecteur (1), disposé à l'intérieur de la hotte, en arrière de l'ouverture (13) ménagée dans la paroi (14) de hotte, étant conformé pour délimiter avec ladite ouverture d'aération (13) de la hotte une cavité (2) ouverte, au moins vers le bas, à l'intérieur de laquelle le flux d'air chaud contenu dans la hotte de cheminée pénètre librement avant de ressortir à travers ladite ouverture (13) de la paroi (14) de hotte suivant une direction sensiblement perpendiculaire à ladite paroi (14) de hotte de manière à réduire le jaunissement des parois de la hotte. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que le déflecteur (1) est maintenu en position, à l'arrière de ladite ouverture (13) de la hotte, au moyen d'un cadre (3) logé à l'intérieur de ladite ouverture (13). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2,
caractérisé en ce que le cadre (3), logé à l'intérieur de l'ouverture (13) de la paroi (14) de hotte, dit précadre, comporte un rebord périphérique interne (6) coopérant avec des ailes (8) périphériques externes du déflecteur qui, au cours de l'introduction du déflecteur (1) dans le précadre (3), sont amenées en appui sur ledit rebord (6). - Dispositif selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que les ailes (8) du déflecteur (1) sont maintenues en appui sur le rebord (6) du précadre (3) au moyen d'un cadre (4) logé à encastrement à l'intérieur du précadre (3). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce que le cadre (3) logé à l'intérieur de l'ouverture de la paroi de hotte délimite une ouverture fermée au moyen d'une grille (5). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 et 5,
caractérisé en ce que la grille (5) est portée par le cadre (4), logé à encastrement à l'intérieur du précadre (3), ce cadre (4) comportant un rebord périphérique externe (12) apte à masquer les bords de l'ouverture (13) ménagée dans la paroi (14) de hotte. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisé en ce que le déflecteur (1) est un corps creux constitué d'au moins une face dite du dessus dont le bord libre s'étend sensiblement parallèlement adjacent au bord supérieur de l'ouverture (13) ménagée dans ladite hotte, cette face du dessus étant prolongée d'au moins une face dite arrière dont le bord libre s'étend sensiblement dans le plan horizontal du bord inférieur de l'ouverture (13) ménagée dans ladite hotte ou au-dessous de ce dernier, face du dessus et face arrière coopérant entre elles pour constituer un écran empêchant une personne placée en regard de l'ouverture (13) d'aération de la hotte de voir l'intérieur de la hotte. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisé en ce que le déflecteur (1) est un corps creux constitué d'au moins une face dite du dessus et une face arrière, la face du dessus et la face arrière du corps de déflecteur étant constituées au moyen d'une plaque unique concave (10). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 et 8,
caractérisé en ce que le corps du déflecteur comporte en outre des faces latérales délimitées par des joues (11) qui empêchent tout échappement latéral du flux d'air chaud pénétrant à l'intérieur de ladite cavité (2). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9,
caractérisé en ce que le déflecteur (1) est un corps creux constitué au moins d'une face du dessus et d'une face arrière, la face du dessus du corps du déflecteur comportant au moins une ouverture (9) empêchant tout confinement d'air chaud à l'intérieur de ladite hotte.
