Description

The invention relates to a container for flow or free-flowing materials, especially for plasters, mortars or the like, with a frame, one of the frame held first container with an inlet and an outlet and one located below the outlet of the first container Screw feed pump, which can optionally be supplied with the outlet of the first container connectable inlet and has an outlet.

Containers for dry mortar of the aforementioned type are used in a wide variety of configurations. These stand containers or stand silos are used for Building material manufacturer with the one requested by the customer Plaster / mortar mixture filled and then by truck to the construction site spent. The known containers have one single container to hold the flowable or pourable Material on. Below the outlet of the container there is a continuous mixer with screw feed pump, to turn the dry goods on with water and the prepared plaster / mortar mixture with the screw feed pump to promote. Should be different on the construction site Plaster / mortar mixtures are processed, so So far, several different containers were required, which complicates handling.

The invention has for its object a container for flowable or free-flowing materials, especially for Plaster, mortar or the like to create with it it is possible to choose between several materials.

To solve this problem, the invention is a container of the type mentioned initially, the additional to the first container with at least one second container is provided, which with the frame and / or connectable or connected to the first container , wherein the at least one second container is an inlet and one optionally with the inlet of the screw feed pump has connectable outlet and the at least a second container in its shape and Design is designed that he does not or not significantly above that by the rack and / or the first Container defined outer contour protrudes.

The invention thus makes it transportable by truck Stand container with a first (main) container and proposed at least a second (additional) container. The outlets of these at least two containers are optional connectable to the screw feed pump to either the plaster / mortar mixture of the To pump the main container or that of the additional container. It is provided according to the invention that the arrangement and design of the at least one second container is chosen so that it is within the through the first container and the frame of the container defined outer contour is or not essential survives over this. The volume of the first container about ten times the volume of the second container. On the frame or the first container one or more second containers can be arranged, where always applies that the second container or the second Container not or not significantly above that by the Frame and / or the first container defined outer contour of the container survives.

The container according to the invention can be found there in particular use advantageously when it comes to next to you Basic plaster also to apply a plaster to a facade. The first is used to hold the base plaster (Main) tank, while the finishing coat in the second (Additional) container is introduced. The processing amount of basic plaster far exceeds the amount processed on the plaster, which is more expensive than the base plaster. With in much the same effort can be done in this way two different plasters from the manufacturer to the construction site transport where they are processed. The disappearance" of the at least one second container in the through the frame and / or the first container of the container In terms of transport technology, this defines the defined outer contour Advantages with it than for the transport of this container the same vehicles can be used as before.

The processing of plasters of different qualities (basic plaster and plaster) also requires different funding services. Therefore, the container according to the invention expediently provided with a screw feed pump, which is adjustable in its delivery rate. Here it is particularly useful to use a screw feed pump use that with different funding always applies the maximum torque thus only changes the throughput per unit of time, with the same delivery pressure, the delivery rates can be set differently.

In an advantageous development of the invention, the second container within the first container to arrange. The inlets of both containers are then lead out of the first container to both from the outside To be able to fill containers. Both are expedient Container then essentially the same length. Regarding the Weight distribution of the container is the one described here Training is an advantageous measure.

As an alternative to the above development of the invention it is useful if the first container has a cross section essentially unchanged, including the inlet upper section and one down to the outlet in particular has a tapered lower section, and that the second container in the area of the lower Section of the first container arranged outside the same is. For the at least one second container So the space that is used between the first container-carrying frame and the conical itself tapered section of the first container is given. The rack usually comprises at least three vertical ones Legs with the first container in the area of this upper section or in the transition area between its upper and lower sections connected to the first container are and wear it. The space between the externally arranged vertical legs and the conical itself tapered lower section can then be used for housing the or the second container can be used.

The at least one second container is expedient by means of a forklift or similar industrial truck attachable to the first container or frame.

The outlets of the two containers are preferably included separate inlet openings of the inlet of the screw feed pump or the continuous mixer connectable or connected. It can also be advantageously provided that the at least one second container on the outside of the first Container is slidably guided, so on the outside can move the first container along a circular line. So that the second container with its outlet via a Inlet opening of the inlet of the screw feed pump or of the continuous mixer. The continuous mixer the usual containers are next to theirs an opening connected to the outlet of the single container further inlet opening to the task of bagged goods serves. With such a container becomes an additional container provided according to the invention, this can be for the duration of the removal of what is in it Material through the bag feed opening of the continuous mixer move. The movability of the additional container on the main tank can also be advantageous be to the position of the auxiliary container during the To be able to change transport and during use. This in turn brings with it the possibility of load sharing optimize during transport. While transport by truck, especially during loading and unloading Unloading the container containing the two containers namely, care should be taken to ensure that the additional container between the first container and the truck or on the side of the first side facing away from the truck Container is located. This is advantageous for transport Position of the second container can vary depending on the orientation the continuous mixer or the screw feed pump and the arrangement of their inlets are disadvantageous, so that then with the container standing, the second container over the respective inlet of the continuous mixer or screw feed pump can be moved or pivoted.
