Description
Ce type de plateau est structuré d'une manière bien particulière pour permettre son montage manuellement, sans nécessiter d'outils ni de moyens d'assemblage complémentaires. De plus, étant donné sa conception, c'est l'organe support en porte-à-faux qui supporte l'intégralité de la charge des plateaux supérieurs ; la résistance au gerbage n'est de ce fait pas très importante.

La mise en volume des deux tronçons 25 et 26 des volets 20 génère un petit écartement 33 entre les deux parties des prolongements d'extrémités 10 qui sont séparés par la ligne de coupe 23.
Pour d'autres réalisations, l'emplacement, le nombre et la forme des poteaux verticaux pourront varier sans sortir du cadre de protection défini par les revendications. Ainsi, on pourra prévoir un poteau vertical sur chaque paroi longitudinale, ces deux poteaux étant décentrés l'un par rapport à l'autre. Egalement, plusieurs poteaux pourront être aménagés sur chaque paroi longitudinale, réalisés à partir d'une pluralité de volets 20 identiques ou similaires découpés sur la longueur des prolongements de doublage 10. D'autre part, les prolongements de doublage 10 et/ou les poteaux verticaux attenants 32 pourront s'étendre uniquement sur une partie de la hauteur des parois longitudinales 4.
Au niveau des orifices d'encastrement 36, on remarque la présence d'une découpe 37 aménagée perpendiculairement dans le fond 2. Cette découpe 37 permet l'encastrement des cornières d'angles de plateaux sous-jacents.
La largeur des découpes 37 est légèrement supérieure à deux fois l'épaisseur du carton utilisé pour permettre la juxtaposition de deux petits plateaux 40.
Etant donné l'absence de ces découpes 37 dans le fond 5 du grand plateau, les petits plateaux associés 50 ne comportent pas les cornières d'angles 44 telles qu'elles étaient prévues dans le mode de réalisation précédent, illustré sur la figure 4.
Par rapport aux petits plateaux 40 décrits précédemment, les ailes des cornières de gerbage qui se situaient dans le prolongement des grandes parois longitudinales ont été supprimées. Les petits plateaux 50 correspondant sont donc constitués d'un fond 51, de deux grandes parois longitudinales 52 et de deux petites parois d'extrémités 53. Les petites parois 53 comportent des tenons de gerbage 54 au niveau des extrémités de leur bordure supérieure. Ces tenons 54 sont associés à des orifices angulaires 55 destinés à coopérer avec les cornières 38 et les tenons 35 du grand plateau. Les tenons 54 ont une longueur correspondant à la moitié de celle des tenons 35 du grand plateau ; ils sont adaptés pour venir s'insérer dans les orifices d'angles 39 et dans les orifices d'encastrement 36, sur la moitié de la longueur de ces derniers.
Claims (14)
- Plateau renforcé obtenu par mise en volume d'un flan unique de carton convenablement découpé et rainé, lequel plateau comprend un fond horizontal (2) bordé par quatre parois latérales verticales (3, 4) qui s'étendent perpendiculairement audit fond (2), au moins l'une desdites parois verticales (3, 4) étant munie, au niveau de sa bordure supérieure, d'un prolongement (10) rabattu intérieurement et solidarisé avec la face interne de ladite paroi (3, 4) pour former un élément de doublage et de renfort sur au moins une partie de sa hauteur, caractérisé en ce que le prolongement de doublage (10) comporte au moins un élément en saillie en forme de poteau vertical (32) servant d'organe de renfort et/ou de support pour le gerbage, ledit élément en saillie (32) étant formé à partir d'un volet (20) découpé dans ledit prolongement (10) et attenant à ce dernier par une ligne de pliage verticale (21), ledit volet (20) étant muni d'au moins deux lignes de pliage internes verticales (28, 29) qui le divisent en au moins trois tronçons juxtaposés (25, 26, 27) pour permettre sa mise en volume et sa tenue par solidarisation du tronçon d'extrémité (27) avec la face interne de la paroi latérale (4) qui porte ledit prolongement de doublage (10).
- Plateau renforcé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux parois latérales (4) en vis-à-vis munies de prolongements de doublage (10) qui sont rabattus intérieurement et qui sont munis, chacun, entre leurs extrémités latérales, d'au moins un élément (32) de renfort et/ou de support pour le gerbage, qui s'étend en saillie dans le volume intérieur de conditionnement.
- Plateau renforcé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des prolongements de doublage (10) qui s'étendent sur toute la hauteur des parois latérales de réception (4).
- Plateau renforcé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des prolongements de doublage (10) munis d'extensions latérales (14) en au moins deux parties (16, 17) destinées à former des pans coupés dans les angles.
- Plateau renforcé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un élément en saillie en forme de poteau vertical (32) qui s'étend sur toute la hauteur de la paroi latérale (4) attenante.
- Plateau renforcé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un élément en saillie en forme de poteau vertical (32) muni d'une troncature (34) dans sa partie inférieure.
- Plateau renforcé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un élément en saillie (32) en forme de poteau dont la section transversale est triangulaire.
- Plateau renforcé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des tenons (35, 37) et/ou des cornières (38) de gerbage qui s'étendent à partir de sa bordure supérieure, et des ouvertures (36, 39, 58) en correspondance aménagées dans le fond (2) et dans les parois latérales (3, 4).
- Plateau renforcé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des découpes (37) en vis-à-vis aménagées dans son fond (2), lesquelles découpes s'étendent perpendiculairement aux lignes de plis qui raccordent ledit fond (2) et les parois latérales (4), en regard des poteaux (32), pour permettre l'engagement de l'une des ailes des moyens de gerbage d'un autre emballage disposé en-dessous, lors de l'empilement.
- Plateau renforcé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des tenons de gerbage (57) qui sont disposés de part et d'autre dudit ou desdits poteaux (32), chaque poteau étant centré entre deux moyens de gerbage et éventuellement disposé en regard d'un tenon de gerbage supplémentaire (35).
- Plateau renforcé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des cornières de gerbage (38) associées à des orifices d'encastrement (39), au niveau de chacun de ses angles, et en ce que les parois latérales (4) comportent au moins un tenon de gerbage (35) et un orifice d'encastrement (36) régulièrement réparti(s) entre lesdites cornières d'extrémités, un poteau (32) de renforcement et de support pour le gerbage étant prévu en regard de chaque couple de tenons et orifices (35, 36).
- Flan de carton découpé et rainé pour l'obtention d'un plateau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11.
- Flan de carton selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un élément de fond (2) bordé par quatre parois latérales (3, 4) raccordées par des lignes de pliage (5, 6), deux desdites parois (4) en vis-à-vis étant munies de deux rabats latéraux (8) et d'un prolongement d'extrémité (10) qui est destiné à former un élément de doublage et qui est raccordé par un pont de pliage (11) parallèle à la ligne de pliage (6) qui raccorde le fond (2) et ladite paroi latérale (4), lequel prolongement d'extrémité (10) comporte des extensions latérales (14) raccordées par des lignes de pliage (15) et adaptées pour former des pans coupés dans les angles, et lequel prolongement d'extrémité (10) comporte également, entre lesdites lignes de pliage (15), au moins un volet (20) partiellement découpé selon une première ligne de coupe (22) sur ledit pont de pliage (11), et selon une seconde ligne de coupe (23) qui s'étend à partir de l'une des extrémités de la première ligne de coupe (22), perpendiculairement à celle-ci et parallèlement aux lignes de pliage (15) qui raccordent ledit prolongement de doublage (10) et les extensions latérales (14), lequel volet (20) est raccordé audit prolongement de doublage (10) par une ligne de pliage (21) qui est parallèle à la seconde ligne de coupe (23) et qui s'étend à partir de l'autre extrémité de ladite première ligne de coupe (22), ledit volet (20) comprenant en outre deux lignes de pliage internes (28, 29), parallèles, adaptées pour former trois tronçons juxtaposés (25, 26 et 27).
- Combinaison de gerbage d'un grand plateau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, avec au moins deux petits plateaux (40, 50, 60), lesquels petits plateaux sont constitués d'un fond (41, 51, 61), de deux grandes parois latérales (42, 52, 62) dont la longueur correspond sensiblement à la longueur des petites parois d'extrémités (3) du grand plateau, et de deux petites parois latérales (43, 53, 63) dont la longueur est un sous-multiple de la longueur des grandes parois longitudinales (4) du grand plateau, lesdits petits plateaux (40, 50, 60) étant munis en outre de tenons et/ou de cornières de gerbage adaptés aux tenons et/ou cornières du grand plateau.
