Claims (6)
- Drosselelement zum Einbau in eine Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe mit einer Drosselöffnung (9), durch die ein von einem Raum (1) zum einem anderen Raum (4) der Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe fließender Flüssigkeitsstrom begrenzbar ist, wobei das Drosselelement als Einsatz (5) ausgebildet ist und einen Teil einer Umfangswand (11) hat, der dichtend an die Wand (4) eines Flüssigkeit führenden Kanals (2) angrenzt wobei zwischen den beiden Seiten des Einsatzes die Drosselöffnung (9) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß stromaufwärts der Drosselöffnung (9) ein Filter vorgesehen ist.
- Drosselelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Wand (4) des Kanals und dem Einsatz (5) eine Ringnut (10) vorgesehen ist, stromabwärts von der die Drosselöffnung (9) angeordnet ist und eine an die Ringnut (10) stromaufwärts davon angrenzende Umfangswand des Einsatzes mit der Wand (4) des Kanals (2) einen als Filter dienenden Ringspalt (14) bildet, der Teil der Verbindung zwischen den Seiten des Einsatz bildet, wobei der Querschnitt des Ringspalts größer ist als der Querschnitt der Drosselöffnung.
- Drosselelement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringnut (10) in der Umfangswand (11) des Einsatzes (5) angeordnet ist.
- Drosselelement nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz (5) in den Kanal (2) an die Stelle des Kanals eingebaut ist, an der der Kanal (2), im wesentlichen rechtwinklig, von einem von der Flüssigkeit durchflossenen Verbindungskanal (1) zuflußseitig abzweigt.
- Drosselelement nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kanal (2) mit dem Verbindungskanal (1) zwischen zweiten Stirnseite (17) und Verbindungskanal (1) ein Totwasserzone bildet.
- Drosselelement nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz als in den Kanal eingepreßtes zylindrischer Teil mit Kreisquerschnitt ausgeführt ist und einen Umfangsbereich aufweist, der zur Bildung des Ringspaltes (14) im Durchmesser reduziert ist und die Drosselöffnung in einen radial von der Ringnut ausgehenden, in das Sackloch mündenden Kanal angeordnet ist.
