Claims (6)

  1. Verfahren zum Anbringen eines Reißverschlussstreifens (10) quer auf einem Bogen aus thermoplastischem Bogenmaterial (50) zur Verwendung in der Produktion von Plastikbeuteln oder Verpackungen (110), die querliegende Reißverschlüsse aufweisen, auf einer Form-, Füllund Versiegelungsmaschine, wobei der Bogen (50) um Abschnitte von einer Länge, die gleich der Länge der Beutel oder Verpackungen (110), die hergestellt werden sollen, ist, vorwärts bewegt wird, wobei jedes Mal, wenn der Bogen (50) angehalten wird, eine Länge des Reißverschlussstreifens (10) angebracht wird, umfassend die Schritte:
    Bereitstellen eines Reißverschlussstreifens (10), der im Eingriff stehende, ineinander greifende Steck- und Aufnahmeprofile aufweist,
    Anordnen einer Länge des Reißverschlussstreifens (10) quer auf dem Bogen aus thermoplastischem Bogenmaterial (50), wobei ein Steg eines ersten der ineinander greifenden Steck- und Aufnahmeprofile in Kontakt mit dem Bogen (50) ist, und ein Steg des zweiten der ineinander greifenden Steck- und Aufnahmeprofile nicht in Kontakt mit dem Bogen (50) ist; und
    Siegeln eines Steges des ersten ineinander greifenden Profils auf den Bogen (50) aus thermoplastischem Material, ohne die Stege (20, 22) der ineinander greifenden Steck- und Aufnahmeprofile (12, 14) miteinander zu versiegeln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste ineinander greifende Profil an mindestens einem seiner beiden seitlichen Ränder einen breiteren Steg als das zweite ineinander greifende Profil aufweist, wobei die größere Breite des breiteren Stegs mindestens ein Flansch (24, 26) ist, der an diesem entlang verläuft.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das erste ineinander greifende Profil an jedem seiner beiden seitlichen Ränder einen Steg aufweist, der breiter ist, als der des zweiten Profils, wobei die größere Breite des breiteren Stegs ein Flansch ist, der entlang jeder seiner Seiten verläuft.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Schritt des Anordnens einer Länge des Reißverschlussstreifens (10) quer auf dem Bogen aus thermoplastischem Bogenmaterial (50) durch ein hin- und hergehende Pendelvorrichtung (60) ausgeführt wird, die eine Klemme (56) und eine Schneidevorrichtung (58) aufweist, wobei die Klemme dafür geschaffen ist, den Reißverschlussstreifen (10) von einer Zuführung quer auf den Bogen (50) zu ziehen, und die Schneidevorrichtung (58) dafür geschaffen ist, die Länge des Reißverschlussstreifens (10) abzuschneiden.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Schritt des Anordnens einer Länge des Reißverschlussstreifens quer auf dem Bogen aus thermoplastischem Bogenmaterial (50) durch ein Paar von hin- und hergehenden Klemmen (70, 72), die durch eine stationäre Schneidevorrichtung (76) getrennt sind, ausgeführt wird, wobei beide der hin- und hergehenden Klemmen (70, 72) den Reißverschlussstreifen (10) an dem mindestens einen Flansch (24, 26) desselben fassen, wobei eine der hin- und hergehenden Klemmen (72) die Länge des Reißverschlussstreifens (10), die die Schneidevorrichtung (76) abgeschnitten hat, auf den Bogen aus thermoplastischem Bogenmaterial (50) überträgt und die Länge während des Versiegelungsschritts festhält, und die andere der hin- und hergehenden Klemmen (70) den Reißverschlussstreifen (10) von einer Zuführung desselben zur Schneidevorrichtung (76) zieht.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Schritt des Anordnens einer Länge des Reißverschlussstreifens (10) quer auf dem Bogen (50) aus thermoplastischem Bogenmaterial durch ein Unterdruckbeförderungsmittel (80) und eine Schneidevorrichtung ausgeführt wird, wobei das Unterdruckbeförderungsmittel (80) den Reißverschlussstreifen (10) von einer Zuführung heranzieht und Längen, die durch die Schneidevorrichtung (86) abgeschnitten worden sind, auf dem Bogen aus thermoplastischem Bogenmaterial (50) absetzt.
  6. Verfahren zum Herstellen von wiederverschließbaren Verpackungen (110) auf einer horizontalen Form-, Füll- und Versiegelungsmaschine (100) umfassend die Schritte:
    Bereitstellen eines Bogens aus thermoplastischem Bogenmaterial (50), der in regelmäßigen Abständen entlang diesem eine Länge eines Reißverschlussstreifens (10) aufweist, die quer über die Mitte desselben angebracht ist, und entlang seiner beiden seitlichen Ränder (96) Streifen ohne den Reißverschlussstreifen (10) aufweist, wobei der Reißverschlussstreifen (10) miteinander im Eingriff stehende Steck- und Aufnahmeprofile (12, 14) aufweist, wobei ein Steg des ersten der ineinander greifenden Steck- und Aufnahmeprofile (12, 14) an dem Bogen (50) angebracht ist, und der Steg des zweiten der ineinander greifenden Steckund Aufnahmeprofile nicht in Kontakt mit dem Bogen (50) ist,
    Bereitstellen einer Produktfördereinrichtung (98), um ein zu verpackendes Produkt (99) auf dem Bogen aus thermoplastischem Bogenmaterial (50) abzusetzen; Falten der beiden seitlichen Ränder (96) des Bogens aus thermoplastischem Bogenmaterial (50) zueinander und rund um das Produkt (99); Versiegeln der beiden seitlichen Ränder (96) des Bogens (50) miteinander, um daraus einen Schlauch zu bilden, der das Produkt (99) einschließt;
    Versiegeln des Schlauchs quer zu jeder der Längen des Reißverschlussstreifens (10) ohne die Stege (20, 22) der ineinander greifenden Steck- und Aufnahmeprofile (12, 14) miteinander zu versiegeln; und
    Abschneiden des versiegelten Schlauchs, um jede fertig gestellte Verpackung (110) von der nächsten zu trennen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste ineinander greifende Profil (12, 14) an mindestens einem seiner beiden seitlichen Ränder einen Steg aufweist, der breiter ist, als der des zweiten ineinander greifenden Profils, wobei die größere Breite des breiteren Stegs mindestens ein Flansch (24, 26) ist, der daran entlang verläuft, und dass sich der mindestens eine Flansch (24, 26) in einer Bewegungsrichtung des Bogens (50) auf der horizontalen Form-, Füll- und Versiegelungsmaschine erstreckt, wobei der mindestens eine Flansch (24, 26) mit dem Bogen (50) versiegelt ist, um das in Eingriff stehende ineinander greifende Steck- und Aufnahmeprofil (12, 14) daran festzumachen.
