Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for processing of thermal insulation panels for facade insulation. Such a method is e.g. in DE-U-8810244 or DE-A-2852496. With these thermal insulation boards can be, for example, EPS insulation boards or trade mineral fiber insulation boards.
When attaching thermal insulation panels Building facades has so far been operated in such a way that the Thermal insulation boards first manually or by Inclined elevators on the individual floors of the Facade scaffolding are transported. They store there then in the work area of the construction workers what their freedom of movement limits. On top of that, besides the thermal insulation panels usually also contain containers for the mortar glue on the floors of the Resting facade scaffolding or over the Floor floors a conveyor hose for mechanical Applying mortar glue runs. Because on the one hand Transporting the thermal insulation panels onto the scaffolding is cumbersome and is time and personnel intensive and for others the ones stacked on the scaffold to be processed Thermal insulation boards the freedom of movement Restricting construction workers is the previous procedure disadvantageous in several respects.
The invention is based on the object Process for processing thermal insulation boards for to create the facade insulation with which the Thermal insulation panels time and personnel effective at the Have the facade installed.
To solve this problem, the invention a method for processing thermal insulation boards proposed for the facade insulation according to the single claim.
Main aspect of the new approach is the superimposed thermal insulation boards no longer on the floors of the facade scaffolding but before this, i.e. outside the floors, to store. So that the floors are of the facade scaffolding no longer due to stack of Thermal insulation boards delivered. The attachment of the to processing thermal insulation panels from the outside on the Facade scaffolding also has the advantage that before the actual attachment of the thermal insulation panels on the facade, the construction column first the facade scaffolding with thermal insulation boards to be processed can only be equipped with the actual Work, namely the installation of thermal insulation boards on the facade of the building. To this The two operations, namely the Shipment of the thermal insulation boards to be processed into the individual floors of the facade scaffolding and the actual installation of the thermal insulation panels on the building facade in procedural optimally be separated from each other without that by storing the stack of thermal insulation boards Freedom of movement on the floors of the facade scaffolding is lost.
Depending on the weight that the to be processed Have thermal insulation panels, it is from Advantage, the stack of thermal insulation in storage devices accommodate that over hangers be arranged on the facade scaffolding. With lighter thermal insulation boards, such as EPS insulation boards, however, are sufficient if the stacks or the like by circumferential belts. kept and be hung in front of the facade scaffolding. palletized Goods, however, should be in special storage devices be accommodated. This applies, for example for mineral fiber insulation boards, for the purpose of better adhesion on the building facade, preferably with mortar glue are pre-coated and therefore an even larger one Have weight.
Light insulation boards like the ones before addressed EPS plates expediently have Packaging with integrated hangers on. About these hangers can the packaged stack of light insulation boards without any problems attach to the parapet of the building facade. One or more of these can be used for each field Packaging to be attached to the facade scaffolding. If the suspension devices on both sides of the Stack are arranged, it is possible to coat the thermal insulation panels on the outside of the facade scaffolding by contacting the construction worker Breast barrier and the top thermal insulation panel Mortar brushed over to them afterwards on the building facade to install. Should the hangers not stable enough or in the middle area of the stack, so it is useful to external stack of thermal insulation boards immediately before processing on the floor in question turn off, then with the further diagnosis Continue processing the thermal insulation panels. With this procedure, individual stacks are created of thermal insulation boards on the floors of the facade scaffolding. However, it should be noted that only those stacks of plates are stored whose plate is being processed. The stack of thermal insulation boards to be processed later remain outside the floors and hang still outside on the breastworks of the facade scaffolding.
If for reasons of weight or for reasons coating the thermal insulation panels with mortar adhesive for those located on the outside of the facade scaffolding Stack on special storage devices or special packaging can be used , it is advantageous if these storage devices or packaging towards the facade scaffolding can be opened so that the coated thermal insulation panels removed from the stack from above and can be brought to the facade.
It is with the method according to the invention possible for the first time, the two when attaching the thermal insulation panels to be carried out on the facade Process steps, namely the supply of the facade scaffolding with thermal insulation boards to be processed and the processing of the thermal insulation boards themselves, completely separate from each other. That way it is possible to use the "auxiliary activity" of the assembly of the facade scaffolding with a stack of insulation boards completely from the actual activity of attaching separate the thermal insulation panels. This is over procedural reasons of advantage because now the treatment and processing of the thermal insulation boards No longer attach to the building facade supplying the facade scaffolding with stacks of processing thermal insulation boards is interrupted and by pre-equipping the facade scaffolding with thermal insulation board stack no freedom of movement is lost on the facade scaffolding, because the thermal insulation panels stack outside the facade scaffolding store and easily accessible for construction workers are.
