Description

The invention relates to a method for processing Thermal insulation panels for facade insulation. Such a method is e.g. in DE-U-8810244 or DE-A-2852496. With these Thermal insulation boards can be, for example, EPS insulation boards or trade mineral fiber insulation boards.

When installing thermal insulation panels on building facades So far, the procedure is such that the thermal insulation boards first manually or by inclined lifts on the individual Storey floors of the facade scaffold transported become. There they are then stored in the work area of the construction workers, which limits their freedom of movement. In addition comes that in addition to the thermal insulation panels mostly Containers for the mortar glue on the floors of the Resting facade scaffolding or on the floor floors Conveying hose for the mechanical application of mortar glue runs. Firstly, the transport of the thermal insulation boards cumbersome on the scaffolding and time and personnel intensive and, on the other hand, those stacked on the scaffold processing thermal insulation boards the freedom of movement The previous procedure is to severely restrict construction workers disadvantageous in several respects.

The invention has for its object a method for processing thermal insulation panels for facade insulation to create with which the thermal insulation boards and can be attached to the facade in a way that is effective for the personnel.

The invention provides a method for solving this problem for processing thermal insulation panels for facade insulation proposed in the case of the outside on the facade scaffolding several stacks of thermal insulation boards arranged one above the other and the thermal insulation boards with this stack Apply mortar glue and stick to the facade.

The main aspect of the new procedure is that superimposed thermal insulation panels no longer on the Storey floors of the facade scaffold but in front of it, i.e. outside the storey floors. So that the floors are the scaffolding is no longer stacked delivered by thermal insulation boards. Attaching the to processing thermal insulation panels from the outside on the facade scaffolding also has the advantage that before the actual Attach the thermal insulation panels to the facade Construction column first of all the facade scaffolding to be processed Thermal insulation panels can only be fitted afterwards the actual work, namely the installation of the thermal insulation panels on the facade of the building. To this Ways can do the two operations, namely the shipment of the thermal insulation boards to be processed into the individual Storeys of the facade scaffolding and the actual installation of the thermal insulation panels on the building facade in process economically optimally separated from each other be without the storage of the stack of thermal insulation boards Freedom of movement on the floors of the Facade scaffolding is lost.

Depending on the weight of the thermal insulation boards to be processed have, it is advantageous to the thermal insulation stack to accommodate in storage devices, which are arranged on the facade scaffolding via suspension devices become. For lighter thermal insulation boards, such as EPS insulation boards, on the other hand, are sufficient if the stack or the like by circumferential belts. kept and be hung in front of the facade scaffolding. Palletized goods however, should be in special storage devices be accommodated. This applies, for example, to mineral fiber insulation boards, for the purpose of better liability to the Building facade preferably pre-coated with mortar adhesive are and therefore have an even greater weight.

Light insulation panels, such as those mentioned earlier Conveniently, EPS sheets come with packaging integrated suspension devices. About these hangers the packaged stack can be started Light insulation boards on the breast barrier of the Attach the building facade. One or several such packages attached to the facade scaffolding become. If the suspension devices on both sides of the stack are arranged, it is possible to coat the thermal insulation panels on the outside of the facade scaffolding, by standing at the breastwork and the top thermal insulation board coated with mortar to then attach them to the building facade. Should that Suspension devices must not be stable enough or run in the middle of the stack, so it is Appropriately, the stack of thermal insulation boards stored outside immediately before processing on the floor in question turn off, then with the further loading and Continue processing the thermal insulation panels. At this The procedure is single piles of thermal insulation boards stored on the floors of the facade scaffolding. It should be noted, however, that only those Plate stacks are stored, the plate is currently being processed become. The thermal insulation panels to be processed later remain outside the floors and continue to hang on the breastworks of the facade scaffolding.

If for reasons of weight or for reasons of coating the thermal insulation boards with mortar glue from the outside on the facade scaffolding stack on special Storage devices or special packaging , it is advantageous if these storage devices or packaging for the facade scaffolding can be opened so that the coated thermal insulation panels removed from above from the stack and to the Facade can be brought.

With the method according to the invention it is possible for the first time the two when attaching the thermal insulation panels the process steps to be carried out, namely the supply of the facade scaffolding with to be processed Thermal insulation boards and the processing of thermal insulation boards yourself, completely separate from each other. To this It is possible to use the "auxiliary activity" of the assembly of the facade scaffolding with a stack of thermal insulation panels completely from the actual activity of attaching separate the thermal insulation panels. This is procedural Advantages because now the machining and processing the thermal insulation panels for attachment to the building facade no longer by supplying the facade scaffolding with stack of thermal insulation boards to be processed is interrupted and by the pre-assembly of the Facade scaffolding with a stack of insulation boards leaves no room for movement is lost on the facade scaffolding, because the thermal insulation panels stack outside the facade scaffolding store and easily accessible to construction workers.
