- la figure 1 est une vue schématique, de côté, d'un bac de collecte équipé d'un dispositif de verrouillage conforme à l'invention,
- la figure 2 est une coupe schématique montrant un dispositif de verrouillage conforme à un premier exemple de réalisation de l'invention,
- les figures 3 et 4 illustrent le fonctionnement du dispositif représenté sur la figure 1, lors du vidage du bac, et
- la figure 5 est une vue analogue à la figure 2, représentant un dispositif de verrouillage conforme à un deuxième exemple de réalisation de l'invention.
Claims (9)
- Dispositif de verrouillage du couvercle d'un bac pour la collecte de déchets, destiné à être vidé par basculement, comportant une pièce pivotante montée à pivotement sur le couvercle (2) du bac (1) entre une position de verrouillage dans laquelle elle maintient le couvercle en position fermée lorsque le bac est debout et une position de déverrouillage dans laquelle elle libère le couvercle, cette pièce pivotante passant de sa position de verrouillage à sa position de déverrouillage sous l'effet de la pesanteur lors du basculement du bac, caractérisé par le fait que ladite pièce pivotante (10) comporte un bras inférieur apte à venir en prise sur un organe d'accrochage tel qu'un téton (16), lorsque le couvercle est fermé et qu'elle est en position de verrouillage du couvercle.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ladite pièce pivotante (10) pivote autour d'un axe géométrique de rotation parallèle à l'axe géométrique de basculement autour duquel s'effectue le vidage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que ladite pièce pivotante (10) est articulée sur le couvercle (2) sensiblement au milieu du côté de ce dernier qui est opposé aux charnières (5) d'articulation du couvercle (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que ladite pièce pivotante (10) comporte outre le bras inférieur, un bras supérieur qui s'étend dans ledit volume intérieur du couvercle.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que le bras inférieur comporte trois segments décrivant sensiblement en allant vers le bas la moitié d'un hexagone dont la concavité est dirigée vers l'intérieur de la cuve.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte en outre des moyens (20, 21) permettant à l'usager de déverrouiller le couvercle (2) au moyen d'un organe spécifique tel qu'une clé.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de verrouillage comporte un mécanisme (20) comprenant un organe (21) venant repousser le bras inférieur de la pièce pivotante lorsque l'usager actionne une clé.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte sur la face intérieure de la cuve une paroi de protection (30) ayant en section la forme générale d'un U, dont les branches sont fixées sur la paroi de la cuve de part et d'autre de l'organe d'accrochage (16), cette paroi définissant un logement ouvert vers le haut et vers le bas.
- Bac pour la collecte de déchets, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un dispositif de verrouillage (7) tel que défini dans l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
