Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a safety gear on an elevator car with a holder for the braking part according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a safety gear in a defined position, in which at a minimum distance to the guide surface of a guide rail no touching an active or passive part of the Safety gear takes place.
  • the minimum distance to The guide rail is required for a short reaction time to reach the triggered safety gear.
  • a safety gear of the aforementioned type is in the CH patent No. 650,479.
  • the safety gear is on the side slidably mounted and is attached by means of a compression spring pressed an adjustable stop. With a set screw can the game between the guide rail and passive part can be set.
  • a passive part of a safety gear the one opposite a catching roller or a catching wedge Understood side, then the capture role or accordingly the catch wedge is meant as an active part.
  • European patent application EP 0 562 931 shows a solution which partially takes this wish into account.
  • One on the side rigid safety gear can counteract spring forces move vertically up a certain path when the Safety gear engages.
  • the one above the safety gear arranged compression springs release the vertical deceleration force climb linearly onto the cabin construction when braking and can with optimal dimensioning the deceleration jerk reduce accordingly.
  • An optimal one for all load cases Sizing of the springs is not possible and it must therefore appropriate compromises are made.
  • the present invention is therefore based on the object with a simple construction an improved bracket for to create a safety gear that meets the requirements regarding self-centering, horizontal movement and gentle power transmission to the cabin construction fulfilled.
  • the invention is characterized inter alia by in that the Safety gear in the ready position against a vertical positive bearing device is pressed, with which defined fixation in the horizontal plane is achieved and that the safety gear catches when the brakes are released automatically aligns with the guide rail, combined with Delay forces on the cabin construction.
  • the freedom of movement of the trap housing is advantageous the trigger.
  • the quasi-positive storage of the safety gear in the Rest position is by means of pointed conical bolts on one side and preferably tapered holes on the other side reached between the catch housing and the catch device holder.
  • a carrier plate is an elastic plate under tension inserted, which the catch housing in the standby position in the positive bearing presses and when braking on the one hand a lifting of the positive storage for the Self centering allowed and on the other hand a subdued and sprung transmission of the deceleration forces to the Cabin construction causes.
  • a rubber plate is preferably used as the elastic plate adjusted Shor hardness provided.
  • the holder of the safety device according to the invention is also applicable for wedge catchers.
  • the holder according to the invention can be below or above an elevator car can be arranged.
  • Safety gear 1 shows a fixed with a cabin construction part 3 connected and arranged around a guide rail 4 Safety gear 1 in the ready position.
  • the Safety gear 1, or its holder is essentially with an approximately U-shaped safety gear holder 15 lateral projections on the two upper ends of the legs and a carrier plate 2, which on the safety gear holder 15th put on and on the projecting leg ends with this is screwed.
  • the actual safety gear is a arranged within the safety gear holder 15 Catch housing 5.
  • the left side of the catch housing 5 has one Inclined track with a catch roller 6, which is from a Push rod 8 are pushed up into the catch position can.
  • the catch roller 6 is in the Ready position on a lower stop, which of bent ends of a placed on the catch housing 5 Holding plate 7 is formed.
  • a release wedge 9 not described here in detail used, the upper end behind a holding plate 10th is visible.
  • the catch housing 5 is mounted on pointed cones 11, which on horizontal inner bottom of the safety gear holder 15 are attached. As counterparts to this storage are with the Pointed cones 11 geometrically arranged pointed conical bores 12 on the underside of the collecting housing 5 available. Below the carrier plate 2 and on the side Depositions in the safety gear holder 15 is placed a blank elastic plate 13, which in the middle in the Area of the guide rail 4 has a recess and its underside is covered with a slide film 14. The height the interior of the safety gear holder 15 is dimensioned that the capture housing 5 on the underside of the elastic plate 13, or on the slide film 14 with a little bias rests and with this preload on the quasi positive storage with the pointed cones 11 and pointed conical holes 12 is pressed.
  • This storage results in a defined position for the safety gear 1, or the Catch housing 5 in the standby position, one sufficient air gap between guide rail 4 and Catch roller 6 and between release wedge 9 and guide rail 4 is striven for.
  • FIG. 2 shows an enlarged section with a pointed cone 11 and bore 12 according to the invention.
  • the conical bore 12 has a cylindrical center bore so that a secure flank contact is achieved.
  • the catching role 6 indented. This has an effect when braking downwards a vertical upward force and a centering one lateral force on the catch housing 5.
  • the vertical force moves the catch housing 5 against the spring force of the elastic Plate 13 upwards, which is at the very beginning of the Upward movement freed from storage and then with what immediately self-centering on the guide rail with the necessary sideways movement of the housing 5 can take place.
  • the pressure on the elastic Plate 13 and the slide film 14 are not yet very large, so that the necessary sideways movement of the catch housing 5 by means of Sliding friction between the top of the housing 5 and the Slide film 14 can take place easily.
  • the elastic plate 13 by the Catch housing 5 compressed to a fraction of their thickness and so the braking force is dampened and sprung over that Cabin construction part 3 on the not shown Transfer elevator car.
  • the plate is preferably rubber with an adjusted Shor hardness used. The internal friction of this elastic material has a dampening effect and the present arrangement results in a strong progressive spring characteristic, which is also very desirable is.
  • a safety device 1 interferes with the prescribed function of the Safety gear 1 in no way.
  • a safety device 1 interferes with the prescribed function of the Safety gear 1 in no way.
  • a cutting edge bearing can also be provided according to FIG. This can be from a cutting edge 16 in the safety device holder 15 and an opposite notch in the catch housing 5, as well one horizontally distanced to the cutting edge 16 Parallel stop 18 exist. These items can too be reversed.
  • Another type of horizontal fixation can be done using balls and spherical depressions in the catch housing 5 and in Safety gear holder 15 can be reached.
  • the elastic plate 13 can also instead of rubber other materials are used, which the necessary Progressive spring characteristics and have internal friction for damping.
  • Teflon but also another material with an equivalent, lower Friction coefficient can be used.
