Claims (5)
- Verschleißfester in Maschinen einsetzbarer Werkzeughalbeinsatz (2) zur Formgebung und zum Ablängen von Nägeln, Schrauben und Nieten aus drahtförmigem Ausgangsmaterial,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkzeughalbeinsatz (2) in Axialrichtung des zugeführten Drahtes geteilt ausgeführt ist. - Verschleißfester Werkzeughalbeinsatz (2) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einzelnen Teile des Werkzeughalbeinsatzes (2) durch eine Niet- oder Schraubverbindung (7) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Verschleißfester Werkzeughalbeinsatz (2) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einzelnen Teile des Werkzeughalbeinsatzes (2) über den Werkzeughalter (1) bzw. den Maschinenteil, in den sie eingesetzt werden, zusammengepreßt werden.
- Verschleißfester Werkzeughalbeinsatz (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einzelnen Teile dieses Werkzeughalbeinsatzes (2) über eine zumindest teilweise gezahnte Oberfläche (6) miteinander in Verbindung stehen.
- Verschleißfester Werkzeughalbeinsatz (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus Hartmetall besteht.
