Description

The invention relates to a woven textile structure consisting of an upper weave and a lower weave, which are at least partially connected to one another at their edges, wherein Warp threads and weft threads are woven together, and the weft threads have greater elasticity than the warp threads have.

Such textile structures that are used to manufacture covers, such as seat covers, cushion covers or the like, or bags, etc. can be used conventionally manufactured in that either two equal, z. B. rectangular, textile pieces first woven, later placed on top of one another and then sewn together on three sides, or that one longer, woven, e.g. B. rectangular, piece of textile folded over a folding line and then is sewn along its two side edges to obtain a sack-like textile structure, the further processing depends on the end product.

  • However, the conventional manufacturing processes have a number of disadvantages:
  • For example, it is necessary for an exact pattern-based stacking of two pieces of textile or folding of a piece of textile to work very precisely, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive and therefore cost-intensive and thus leads to an expensive end product.
  • In addition, a stitched connection between an upper and a lower weave layer, especially when the textile structures are subjected to high loads, be it unique, for example when foaming to make a cushion or when a cover is slipped over a seating frame, or through frequent use, but not sufficiently strong, but often leads to a defective end product.
  • There are also sensitive intestines and sensitive structures, such as, for example, mesh structures, which cannot be reliably connected to one another by sewing, so that the textile structure is then of reduced quality.
No. 3,286,739 describes a method for producing seamless bags for clothing known. A fabric is made with a pattern from the first fabric areas, which consist of two superimposed hollow fabric layers and second, single-layer fabric areas are connected so that the pockets by cutting the fabric in the single-layer areas be won. Thermoplastic materials are preferably used to reinforce the single-layer areas Yarns used, which are thermoplastic bonded together after cutting become.

EP 0 408 467 A1 discloses a method for producing bags by weaving on a conventional weaving machine with four heald frames. This procedure also creates a woven fabric consisting of alternating one and two-layer areas.

Aus der EP 0 363 490 A1 sind nahtlos gewebte Airbags, jeweils ausgeschnitten aus einem ersten rohrformigen Bereich mit quer zur Längsrichtung desselben verlaufenden zweiten Bereichen, bekannt.EP 0 363 490 A1 describes seamlessly woven airbags, each cut out of a first tubular region with transverse to the longitudinal direction of the same extending second regions known.

No. 4,205,709 describes a generic textile structure for holding accumulator elements disclosed. The first two-layer areas serve to absorb the active mass of the accumulators and are separated from one another by second, single-layer areas. The warp and / or Weft threads are made of metal wires, or one of the woven layers of the two-layer Areas consist of metal wires, while the other weave of the two-layer areas another material. To a convex shape of one of the two layers of weave in one To achieve double-layer area, the use of materials of different elasticity proposed.

The object of the invention is to further develop the generic textile structure in such a way that that the disadvantages of the prior art are overcome, in particular the textile structure is automatically, inexpensively and of high quality.

According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the inelastic warp threads are thinner than the elastic wefts are.

It is preferred according to the invention that the two weave layers on the edges over a Web connection are woven or connected with an edge twist connection.

It is preferably provided that the warp threads have a titer of 450 dtex.

It is also proposed with the invention that the weft threads are formed from intestines.

It can be provided that the textile structure from one through a sack or hose Training is marked.

Finally, it can be provided that the textile structure of a furniture cover, a pillow case or a bag is included.

  • The invention is therefore based on the surprising finding that an inexpensive and high-quality textile structure, such as a furniture cover, a pillow case, a bag or the like, can be produced by inelastic warp threads in the textile structure in exact pattern assignment of the upper weave to the lower weave are thinner than the elastic weft threads are interwoven with these weft threads. This has the following advantages:
  • In the case of, in particular complicated, patterns, an exact pattern-oriented orientation of the weaving layers with respect to one another is automatically guaranteed, which leads to an optically perfect textile structure at low cost.
  • If the edges are joined together not by sewing but by weaving, a firm connection between the upper weave layer and the lower weave layer is achieved thread by thread, so that the textile structure can absorb high tensions.
  • Sensitive intestines that are not reliably connected to one another by sewing, for example in mesh structures, are simply woven together in the textile structure according to the invention.

Further features and advantages of the invention result from the following description, in which an embodiment of the invention is explained in detail with the aid of schematic drawings. It shows:
    Figure 1
a plan view of a portion of a bag-like textile structure produced according to the invention; and
    Figure 2
a sectional view of the textile structure shown in Figure 1 along the connecting line B-II.

Das in den Figuren 1 und 2 gezeigte Textilgebilde 1 besteht aus einer oberen Weblage 2, einer unteren Weblage 3 und einer Webverbindung 4 längs dreier Kanten der beiden Weblagen 2, 3 und weist somit eine sackartige Gestalt aufThe textile structure 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 consists of an upper weave layer 2, one lower weave layer 3 and a weave connection 4 along three edges of the two weave layers 2, 3 and thus has a sack-like shape

  • The textile structure 1 can be produced as follows:
  • In a weaving machine with a dobby, which has, for example, twenty-four heald frames, individual fabric layers lying one above the other are woven in a known manner to produce the upper weave layer 2 and the lower weave layer 3 and at the same time in the weaving machine, in an exact pattern-oriented orientation, on the two running in the warp direction Edges thread by thread woven together. This can be achieved through the targeted use of heald frames.
  • The section of the weave connection 4 that runs perpendicular to the warp direction can then be produced by appropriately raising or lowering the warp threads used for the upper weave layer 2 or for the lower weave layer 3 while shooting in some weft threads.
  • The cutting through appropriate cross-sections can be carried out either at the textile manufacturer or later at the manufacturer of the end product, for example at the furniture manufacturer or bag manufacturer.
Those disclosed in the foregoing description, in the drawings, and in the claims Features of the invention can be used individually or in any combination for the Realization of the invention in its various embodiments may be essential.
