Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Zwischenstapeln von Sendungen (SE) insbesondere in Briefbearbeitungsanlagen mit einer Stapelrolle (SR), einem Stapel wagen (SW), einem Unterflurband (UB) und einer Vereinzelungsvorrichtung, bei der die Stapelrolle (SR) auf dem Stapelwagen (SW) angeordnet ist und bei der eine Druckmeßvorrichtung in der Nähe der Stapelrolle vorhanden ist, zum Messen des Drucks des Stapels gegen die Druckmeßvorrichtung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß eine Vorrichtung zum Erkennen von möglichen Schräglagen des Sendungsstapels (ST) vorhanden ist,daß bei einer erkannten Schräglage der Stapelwagen (SW) und/oder das Unterflurband (UB) verfahren werden, bis die Schräglage beseitigt ist,daß der Stapelwagen (SW) so lange entlang des Unterflurbandes (UB) bewegt wird, bis der Sendungsstapel (ST) einen bestimmten Druck auf die Druckmeßvorrichtung ausübt, sofern die Vorrichtung keine Schräglage meldet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Vorrichtung zum Erkennen von möglichen Schräglagen zwei übereinander liegende Hebel (FH1, FH2) aufweist, die gegen den Sendungsstapel (ST) gedrückt werden,daß die Hebel jeweils einen Schalter (S1, S2) betätigen, wobei die Schaltpunkte der Schalter (S1, S2) auf einer Senkrechten zur Unterflurbandebene (UB) liegen und eine Schräglage erkannt wird, wenn die Schalter (S1, S2) ungleiche Schalterstellungen aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die zwei Hebel (FH1, FH2) jeweils einen Mitnehmer (MI1, MI2) aufweisen,daß ein dritter Hebel (FH3) in gleicher vertikaler Lage wie die zwei anderen Hebel (FH1, FH2) angebracht ist, der einen Mitnehmeranschlag (MA) aufweist,daß der dritte Hebel (FH3) mit Ausnahme des Mitnehmeranschlags (MA) und der Mitnehmer (MI1, MI2) die gleiche Form wie die zwei Hebel (FH1, FH2) aufweist,daß der dritte Hebel (FH3) Teil der Druckmeßvorrichtung des in der Nähe der Stapelrolle (SR) vorhandenen Drucks gegen die Druckmeßvorrichtung ist,daß eine Vorrichtung zum Erfassen der Auslenkung des Hebels (FH3) vorhanden ist,daß die Mitnehmer (MI1, MI2) der zwei Hebel (FH1, FH2) gegen den Mitnehmeranschlag (MI) des dritten Hebels (FH3) drücken können. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß ein Analogsensor (AS) zum Erfassen des Ausschlags des Hebels vorhanden ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß es sich bei dem Analogsensor (AS) um einen Hallsensor handelt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß eine Elektronikschaltung (ES) zum Steuern der Geschwindigkeit des Stapelwagens (SW) entlang des Unterflurbands (UB) in Abhängigkeit der Stellung des dritten Hebels (FH3) vorhanden ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Vereinzelungsvorrichtung als Abzugsrolle (AR) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Vereinzelungsvorrichtung als Abzugsband oder Abzugsbänder ausgebildet ist. - Verfahren zum Aufrichten eines Stapels, der sich in einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche befindet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß bei einer Schräglage des Stapels (ST) nach vorn, d.h. daß die Sendungen mit ihrer Oberkanter weiter von der Stapelrolle (SR) entfernt sind als mit ihrer Unterkante, der Stapel (ST) durch kurzzeitiges Verfahren des Unterflurbands (UB) nach vorn wieder aufgerichtet wird,daß bei einer Schräglage des Stapels (ST) nach hinten der Stapel (ST) durch Verfahren des Unterflurbands (UB) und des Stapelwagens (SW) nach vorn wieder aufgerichtet wird.
