Claims (11)
- Polsterelement mit einem Bezug, der einen Kern aus elastischem Material, vorzugsweise aus einem Schaumstoff, überdeckt und an ihm durch ein Verankerungselement befestigt ist, welches vom Kern umschlossen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Oberfläche des Kerns (1) eine Nut (4) aufweist, die sich nach innen zu verbreitert,am Bezug (2) innenseitig ein Rand eines Materialstreifens (7) angebracht ist, dessen gegenüberliegender Rand mit einem formstabilen Körper (3) versehen ist,der Körper (3) in die Nut (4) eingebracht istund der maximale Durchmesser des Körpers (3) in der Nut (4) befindlich und größer als der minimale Durchmesser der Nut (4) ist.
- Element nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Materialstreifen (7) ein Vlies ist.
- Element nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vom Bezug (2) abgewandte Rand des Materialstreifens (7) aus zwei, parallel zueinander verlaufenden Teilstreifen (9) besteht.
- Element nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut (4) von T- oder keilförmigem Querschnitt ist.
- Element nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut (4) einen Querschnitt mit abgerundeten Kanten aufweist.
- Element nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper (3) aus einem Schaumstoff besteht.
- Element nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Körperoberfläche offenporig ist.
- Element nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper (3) aus dem formstabilisierten Material des Vlieses besteht.
- Element nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper (3) sich in Richtung auf die Öffnung (5) relativ zur Nut (4) verbreitert und an seiner breitesten Stelle eine Kante aufweist.
- Element nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper (3) außenseitig Haken (10) aufweist, deren Spitzen im Winkel entgegen der Öffnung (5) der Nut (4) an deren seitlicher Wandung anliegen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Polsterelementes nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:Herstellung des Kerns (1) mit Nut (4) als Formteil auf bekannte Weise,Verbindung von Körper (3) und Bezug (2) durch den Materialstreifen (7),Einpressen des Körpers (3) in die Nut (4).
