Claims (8)
- Arrangement for painting objects with different coloured paints, which are available in circularly run coloured-paint lines (2), each of which is allocated one colour, comprising a spray gun (10), a coloured-paint feed line (8), which creates a paint-means connection between a circularly run coloured-paint line (2) and the spray gun (10), wherein a displacement body (40) for cleaning the coloured-paint feed line (8) is provided, the displacement body (40) being movable in the paint-flow direction in the coloured-paint feed line, characterized in that, in the region of the spraygun end of the coloured-paint feed line (8), there is provided a feed means (20) for feeding a medium into the coloured-paint feed line (8), the medium being under pressure and able to flow, and in that the feed means (20) includes a valve (21), which connects up on the coloured-paint side to the coloured-paint feed line (8) such to involve substantially no dead space, and in that the coloured paint present in the coloured-paint feed line (8) can be fed back against the paint flow direction and in that, to assist the feedback of coloured paint in the coloured-paint feed line (8), the said flexible, resiliently deformable displacement body (40) can be moved by the medium in the coloured-paint feed line (8) against the paint-flow direction in the feedback direction, the medium being able to flow in by way of the feed means (20), and can be moved back again, during the subsequent flushing of the coloured-paint feed line (8), toward the spray gun (10) and is received, during painting, in a moulded recess (64) in the coloured-paint feed line (8).
- Arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that the displacement body (40) is provided, during painting, in a moulded recess (64) in the coloured-paint feed line (8) in the region of the zero dead-space valve connection of the feed line
- Arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that, in front of the coloured-paint feedback means (22, 36) in the feedback direction, there is provided a stop means (42) for the displacement body (40).
- Arrangement according to claim 3, characterized in that the stop means (42) is constituted by a transverse-section constriction (44) in the coloured-paint feed line (8).
- Arrangement according to claim 3 or claim 4, characterized in that, in the region of the stop means (42) or in front of the stop means (42) in the feedback direction, there is provided a sensor (46) for detecting the displacement body.
- Arrangement according to claim 5, characterized in that the displacement body (40) can be detected in a contactless manner.
- Arrangement according to claim 6, characterized in that the sensor (46) works inductively or capacitively.
- Arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the displacement body (40) comprises an inductively detectable signal body.
