Claims (7)

  1. Système de vis jumelées destiné à une pompe à vis selon un agencement à axes parallèles présentant un engrènement contrarotatif externe et des angles d'enroulement d'au moins 720° dans le mode de réalisation à un filet, caractérisé en ce que la longueur des vis n'est pas un multiple entier du pas, et en ce que des cavités d'équilibrage frontales (4) sont prévues dans la zone d'entrée du milieu.
  2. Système de vis jumelées selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la longueur des vis est supérieure d'un multiple entier du pas à 1,5 fois le pas.
  3. Système de vis jumelées selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les contours extérieurs des vis sont modifiés dans la zone où pénètre le milieu, en vue de l'équilibrage, les contours extérieurs des vis étant modifiés au niveau des parties passives des contours extérieurs du côté aspiration.
  4. Système de vis jumelées selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une extrémité des vis présente une cavité d'équilibrage (4) interne.
  5. Système de vis jumelées selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les deux extrémités présentent une cavité d'équilibrage (4).
  6. Système de vis jumelées selon la revendication 4 ou la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'angle d'enroulement des cavités d'équilibrage est modulé afin d'atteindre un réglage optimal.
  7. Système de vis jumelées selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce que des masses additionnelles (6) sont apposées dans la zone extérieure au niveau de l'engrenage d'entraînement.
